Once I found out that the special here on boneless wings was a close parallel to another personal favorite of mine I had to get some. The boneless wings here are delicious and the dry rubs are done perfectly by these Flavor Masters. The Chicken itself was well cooked, tender, and juicy as well as having all the sauces applied gingerly. The prices are decent and I've had multiple experiences here as a gig worker and the pick-ups almost always go extremely smoothly. As smoothly as today's online order. Very personable staff and a clean dining environment make it a good dining experience. It surprised me how limited the sauce menu is though.
It took more than 30 minutes after I arrived even though I ordered online. They did not start cooking way after I arrived. As the pic shows, celeries are stale, old, soggy, it is something any food establishment should not serve. What a crap. I shouldn't tip them if I knew their service was this bad. I should demand a money back or sue them.
I made the order online, and when I arrived, it was ready. The man working in the store seemed to be by himself, and he still promptly greeted me. The food was hot and fresh. I recommend this location based on my three experiences thus far going well!
Absolutely the worst! Our pickup order took 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to. Fries were soggy with no toppings. Boneless wings were tiny, dime size pieces of hard crunch with no chicken. Ridiculous! And no way to even get money back!
I would like to thank the crew who worked on 12/12/24 around 8 PM. I came in with an extremely complicated order (15 wing half bonless/ half traditional with 3 different sauces) and not only did they fufill it they helped me with ordering it and it was delicious. I will definitely stop there again next time I’m in Jackson and their customer service alone was a reason why.
I placed an order online and went to pick up in the store. Once I arrived, there was a sign posted saying they were out of majority of the flavors they had. The flavors they were out of were the flavors that I wanted, they offered to issue a refund for the money I had spent. I accepted the offer, but I have yet to receive a refund. I placed the order online Nov. 30th and today is Dec.12th, I called back today and was told there isn’t anything they can do about it. Plus the last time I went there, it took 30 mins for a 10 pc order.
Way over priced for what it's worth. In my opinion, Buffalo Wild Wings is better. French fries had good seasoning. They forgot part of my order and had to wait for it to be cooked while everyone else ate.
Fast service, lady at the counter was friendly, didn’t wait long at all, food was hot , cooked perfectly, Ranch and honey mustard sauce was great, everything was simply amazing. Looking forward to go back.
