Restaurant is clean and I have never had a real issue here. My order was accurate and ready within minutes when I arrived. I have a problem with the fact that wings the size of popcorn chicken was considered a piece.
Ok so let me just say they were late coming to the Take an order. And this is at 1 18 then there understaff there was only 2 people working and they had a whole bunch of orders and was not trying to even work fast to get them out ???????? Iam In The Restaurant right now as Iam typing and Iam mad and running late ⏰ Not Good
Very nasty and unprofessional the staff had did not have on any glove and there was a hair on my carrot sticks I informed the worker who refused to give a name and ran to the back and then did not even have any ice in the soda machine
Everything was good it wasn't super greasy this time. I ordered the mango habenro chicken sandwich and the meal deal cajun wings with a small fry. Everything was delicious. I spent $22. I forgot to take a pic of the chicken sandwich, but it was really good.
Terrible service. 30min plus wait for fast food.. Workers move with no sense of urgency, lots of talking going on.. none of which include getting orders done. Horrible. Go to the one in Matteson instead. Save yourself the trouble.
This store is DISGUSTING! There are flies everywhere, fry baskets are never washed at night! Condiments used to make ranch honey mustard and blue cheese are left on the racks, and not refrigerated! Pop machine and tea dispenser is nasty and sticky, there are nets and flies all around the machine and the store. The owner and other people in there drop utensils on the floor and continue using without washing, touch their bodies and rub their fingers through their hair without washing their hands. Owner Nadeem makes his own policies and rules. Told me “wing stop uses blue cheese crumbles, I don’t use it”. I decided to stop working at this location, and didn’t give any notice. Now Nadeem is holding my check because he said I didn’t give him notice I was leaving. He also took my personal information like he was enrolling me in direct deposit, but told me today I’m receiving a check! No cash orders are rang up on the cash register. We had to manually write out the orders on paper and customers received no receipts. There is no way to keep up with the cash payments in the store if we’re not ringing them up in the system. Pretty sure the owners are stealing!! Will be adding photos to another post
No one greets customers. After ordering going to bathroom is just nasty!! Pee is on the toilet, pop station not together. Never again!!!
The wait time is normal but it is worth the wait and the location is always On the feet good staff. This location is good thanks for changing the staff. Love wingstop
