This Wingstop is not a franchise but actually owned and operated by Wingstop themselves. I was invited to do a survey here and I understand why that Saturday had to be done at this location. The service here was horrible. It was well as the food, especially the fries which because of their great seasoning but usually look forward to eating those. The fries were undercooked and under seasoned. Even when making a stop inside at 11:00 in the morning when they are not busy Phoenix we're not good so I would hate to see how they are when they are busy. It does not appear as though they still serve their wings with a bucket of Grease as they used to so they have gotten better with that. Wingstop is Wingstop but every location is different and the service can make a big difference. Also not just in the middle itself but the experience. Also, the restroom was dirty for that time of day and needed some attention with the slippery floor inside.
Never had an issue with my order at this location, order is always right and ready when I come pick up. Service is fast. Staff is great as well as the food!
The lady that took my order was nice but overwhelmed. I place my order at 7:17pm and at 7:57pm the lady said it will still be about another 20 minutes before my order would be ready. The building is packed of customers waiting on their orders. I’m not sure what happened but this Wingstop location has failed us miserably. I won’t be back anytime soon.
This location is the best one by far!! I stopped by this evening not realizing they were less than 10 minutes from closing and was met by gentleman with a huge smile who welcomed me in, and the sweetest girl working up at the front named Gigi. Even though they were less than 10 minutes from closing, Gigi took my order with a smile and was very friendly and very polite. I will recommend this Wingstop location to everyone - because I know how hard it is to smile and try to be friendly & polite at closing time when you've worked all day!!! But even the gentleman who first greeted me and the workers in the back all seem to be happy to be there!!! The store was really clean (which is always my experience when I go in there, even when it's packed with people eating or ordering!) and the welcoming atmosphere and amazing wings will keep my family coming back weekly! They've never gotten an order wrong, even the really big orders we have had, and I like that they pay attention to detail. Just wanted to say Thanks to Gigi and the rest of the staff at this location because y'all are doing an awesome job in keeping your customers coming back! And that's what good customer service is all about- happy repeat customers!
I’ll start by saying that I made two orders in one night bc door dash stole my first order. The store was very nice and helpful about giving me a refund, but said I would have to pay again to get my order reprocessed and delivered. Since I was at work I had no other option to get them. I placed an identical order the second time. I got it, but They literally delivered the wrong order. I ordered bone in lemon pepper and Louisiana rub wings. Do these look like any of those things? I ordered a lemonade. Clearly this is fruit punch. By the time I got the order (about 12:40) they were closed and I couldn’t even get any correction or help. A waste of money and time TWICE.
The food tonight, on Monday, July 8, 2024. Are the best wings I’ve had in a genuine time. Who ever prepared them, deserves some sort of reward. Like frankly too amazing. I nearly cried how good they were. The dry honey rub was just so good
The girl with glasses who works here, the service is awful. I had told her what we wanted and kept ignoring, acting as if I did not stand there. Was not very welcoming with eye rolls and the attitude. Asked me for change lower than a 100$ bill stood still for a minute and took it. I ordered 3 ranches and got only 2.
I don’t mind the ranch mistake or food, but that way of handling the customer is just crazy. I am never going back to this store again.
