The crew was so friendly and nice when I came in. It was raining and she told me that it's going to be a little while longer on my food. Which i didn't mind because she let me what was going on at the time. That was nice of her to do and when we got home my food was still hot.
It’s ok. Chicken is a little on the small side. Atmosphere is usually umm a little weird. Usually lots of people that have been waiting a while on their food. Do yourself a favor and order ahead then add another 15-30 minutes. Oh, that corn is bangin!
The food is ALWAYS wonderful when we go I have no complaints. The customer service on the other hand is TERRIBLE. The lady was so rude to my husband for absolutely no reason. The moment she picked up the phone she was huffing and puffing before we could even tell her what we wanted. The food might be good but the way they treat their guest is just unacceptable and I will NOT be going back. I’m not the kind of person to leave negative reviews but I can not ignore this one it was bad. Over the years I have experienced rude employees but I have always looked past it. I have been going to this WingStop since I was 8 years old I’m blown away by how they think this can continue to be acceptable. They need new and considerate employees because no business who doesn’t care about the guests will be up and running for much longer. The food is NOT worth being treated the way they treat people. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I'm a door dasher. The orders are never ready and always started after you get there. On top of that they have now tried implementing a policy where as a dasher I have to show them my id showing my full name and address. What crazy violation of the 14th amendment is this! Absolutely disgusting floors and counters flys everywhere and they require the dashers to make the drink. That's a health code violation in itself I don't work there I shouldn't be part of the order preparation whatsoever.
This place will screw up your order 9 out 10 times, always missing items or getting them wrong. Im done with them and will just go to Buffalo Wild Wings. The customer service is horrible too, these people hate their jobs
Best place ever, before this, Waiting time, 80 min, 9/1/24@5:34pm( online waiting time 43-48 min error fix this this is wrong this is a mistake you in a business because us, she told me we run out of veggies just like that,they notified me after 70+ m waiting, no apologies,attitude from cashier/ manager after I cancel my order. Awful ????. Really bad experience. Honestly, transparency please respect your customers.
Poor management and staff. The food was not able to be eaten. Paid as much for delivery as the subtotal of the food. Management made it very obvious that customer service is not their concern nor do they care about the reputation of this locally owned business. There are many options around for the same type of food. If the quality of food, staff and Management do not improve I will not be the only "regular" that will start ordering for somewhere else. Disappointed and disgusted with my experience.
Hit or miss. Somewhat poor customer service and a decent variance in quality of product each time. But, the louisiana rub and ranch keep you going back.
