Had the traditional mild and the Louisiana Cajun bone in wing with celery and carrots: the wings had the perfect crunch on the skin that I like for a wing to have. The ranch sauce had the right consistency and flavor, and the veggies were fresh and crisp.
They took FOREVER to bring me my food and instead of doing their job 2 coworkers a guy with a Camaro and the short girl with glasses are definitely doing stuff. Because she came back with a messy hair and she didn’t wash her hands after. the guy went through the back to make it less suspicious and we’re there for half an hour. VERY unprofessional ????.
This particular location has already cut off beer an rolls. Granted, I came in after waiting 30 minutes on the phone to complain about the wait and after waiting I saw how busy they were so I didn't. I just ordered my meal, went about business... cause you never know want or who is going through. I proceeded to the drink station which was a mess an I wondered. Why? How can people be this messy? The trash can is 2 feet away. There's napkins right there. It makes me sad an pissed off to see grown ass folks act or be like this. I cleaned it up anyway. But that wasn't the best part of the night. The employees still greeted me w a smile an laughed an my sarcasm about being busy. I left outside to wait in my car to drink my beer in peace and walked in w "impeccable timing" I told the cashier cause as I walked in to ask for my food she handed it to me. W a big smile. This wasn't still the best part of the night. I left w food in hand headed home when I realized I left my phone there....kept calling not knowing my phone was on silent. Till I got there an asked if anyone had found a phone. They handed it right to me not knowing I had all my Christmas $ behind it still w a big smile. I owe these guys something, anything...all I could muster up was a simple "thank you". Be kind to strangers. That's all.
We were not satisfied with the quality of food from this location. Wings were cold and dry, fries were hard food seemed to be old. They didn’t have anything available but boneless wings… we even only got l celery sticks on our “mixed veggie” order. We were extremely disappointed to say the least!
Wingstop on Trenton is great! The wings are tasty, and Lemon Pepper is my favorite. The fries were fresh, and the staff was really nice and fast. The place was clean too, which is a big plus.
It can get a bit crowded when it’s busy, and I wish there were more drink choices. Overall, it’s a solid spot, and I’ll definitely be back!
Felt very uncomfortable was greeted with a very rude negative big girl frizzy hair as the worker gave attitude and sighed in front of me and my friend asked for 1 min and couldn’t even charge me correctly and rolled her eyes at us, we saw her scream at a customer “you get when it’s finished “ very rude and made us wait more then we we where there and kept giving us eye contact , and when a group guys came along they got their food before we did. I was being nice and polite I don't know what was all that attitude for could’ve given her a tip but had no patience whatsoever do better wing stop
Placed an order for pickup, they said 35 min. Went inside to pick up my order and the order was wrong and the food was cold. The fries and wings tasted old, as if they had been sitting there for 35 min. This wing stop is one of the worst ones I have ever been too. The owner needs to hire new capable staff.
I ordered thru the app to make sure when it says it’s ready it actually is well in this store it never is! It always takes 10-15 mins after it says order completed! To top it off it’s been multiple times my wings are overcooked ! If there’s barely any chicken on the wing that is a clear indication it’s overcooked ! Today I got there early to let them know I did not want them this way. Well it’s like they told the cooks to do the opposite ! Extremely upset at this service can’t even enjoy something I PAID for!
