Had a taste for some wings tonight, so I decided on this location. I orderd online, I had the hot honey rub boneless wings, which were delicious! 10 Lemon pepper wings, and 10 original hot wings. The wings were good, but in my opinion the original hot were the best out of the two.
The service was good, but I would advise ordering online rather then placing an order in person especially on a Friday night.
Let me start by saying that I am 100% disabled and have MS. Balance is bad, and I have enough trouble walking.
The floors in every Wing Stop, including this one, get mopped and get as slippery as ice. Unless they are using the same mop from the kitchen, that wouldn't happen. It was almost as if they poured used grease in the mop bucket instead of water. I nearly pulled a split, with nonslip shoes on, trying to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was extremely slippery as well, and right where I nearly hit the floor if it wasn't for grabbing onto the sink.
There is NO wet floor sign, as one of my pictures shows, near the bathrooms. You can see in the window there wasn't one in the front, either.
If I had fallen in this establishment and injured myself, I would be leaving much more than a well-earned single star
Visited this location on 5/9. All the food was fresh and cooked to order. My go to order is the hot honey rub all flats and the Cajun corn. I hope that the hot honey flavor is here to stay. My daughter ordered mango habanero and cheese fries. We don't have a wingstop in sumter so I will make that drive to Columbia when I have a taste for wings and thank goodness they are open late. Love this place. I am also a blue cheese and wing girlie buy that wingstop ranch is amazing.
Workers were out back 15 mins while only a female was in establishment alone waited 30 plus mins for food
i had been there once before and honestly the food was burnt but i didn’t care too too much. i have been trying to get in contact for a separate charge and the phone line is out of reach. i am not even in the same state as the charge but the only way i can get a refund is really by contacting them…but there is NO way to do it.
The staff was rather unprofessional arguing with one another in the back. They were cursing on another out in front of the customers. The lady taking my order seemed extremely annoyed as soon as I walked to the counter. The environment was not at all welcoming. They were super busy, so the food took over 40 minutes. The counter area was not clean. They didn't have any napkins, and dont ask if you dont want a rude response. The container with the ketchup was nasty and sticky due to packets being bust open. It's just not a good location if you're in a hurry for fast wings. The food was hot and fresh when I got it and the order was correct.
Don’t go here. Don’t waste your time. Trash and crumbs and grease and wings top papers all over everything. All on the floor. I went in at 5:00 pm and the cashier informed me that wage couldn’t take my order in person because they are understaffed. Two tables waiting on food but they maintained the to go orders. Something is seriously wrong with your establishments if you can’t run all of the aspects of the establishment. Do better
2022 Update: Customer service is deplorable at this location (albeit lacking in a lot of restaurants lately). It lessons the quality of the experience. We stopped going but ordered through doordash when I received a notification of the new honey hot dry rub flavor. We ordered 10 classic wings and thigh bites combos. The order we received was all classic wings with a rub that smelled a little sweet but only tasted hot.. The corn pieces were smaller. The fries were fewer. The roll was stale. We received a partial refund.
2021: We ordered lemon pepper, garlic pepper, and Louisiana rub wings with fries and corn. Everything was great!
