I hate to write a negative review, but I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the lack of communication from Wingstop. I lost my diamond wedding ring at one of their locations and promptly contacted the restaurant to inquire if it had been turned in or if there was any security footage that could help. Unfortunately, the employees told me it wasn’t found and I would need to speak with a supervisor.
I made multiple attempts to follow up, only to be told that someone would get back to me. After two weeks of waiting and no response, I reached out to corporate via email—again, no response. I even spoke with a manager at another Wingstop location, who assured me he would forward my concerns to the district and regional managers. It has now been two weeks since then, and I still haven’t heard back from anyone.
I understand it is not Wingstop's fault that I lost my ring, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. A simple phone call or email, even just to acknowledge my concern, would have been appreciated. It’s extremely rude and disrespectful to leave a customer in the dark like this. I expected better customer service from such a well-known brand.

Order was "ready" on time, the cashier confirmed with me what I ordered, Tough they finally got a 5 star rating but got home to find out 10 of my 20 boneless where not in the bag, and gave me old fries.
I really like wing stop but this must be one of their worst locations.

Ordered 2 checken sandwiches for delivery through the wingstop website. Both of them raw.
Said I had to wait for a GM to get in to even get a refund and best they could do was call me back later or I could drive in to get a new one.
Ordered to go at this location. The gentleman who took my order was sweet. But I ordered 6 wings and it took them 45 minutes to make them when nobody else was there. Wings take 12 minutes to make in a deep fryer for reference. Plus they got my order wrong ????
I have always been skeptical grabbing food from this wing stop because of the reviews, however to my pleasant surprise my experience was the polar opposite of what has been described. Immediately on arriving, I was welcomed by 2 separate employees. I was able to order extremely easily and I waited probably a little less than 8 minutes. I ordered boneless wings (mango habanero and the new maple sriracha) and a large ranch of course, both were delicious! The wings were very saucy and crispy! 12/10 experience, cleanliness, and food! I will be coming back very soon!
This was my first tim in a Wingstop. They had both bone in and boneless wings available. Bone-in were actually more expensive. They had a delicious menu to choose from. I went with the Garlic-Parmegan boneless chicken wings. It took 7 minutes from when I placed the order to it being delivered to my table. The crust was cruchy and firm, the chicken inside super hot and tender. The taste was a bit on the salty side. A soda would have balanced the flavor out or fries.
I enjoyed a beautiful view of the flowering landscape vegetation and the Target across the parking lot. The sunset view from this restaurant was georgious
They gave me my food with a literal bite taken out of one of the wings- then they wouldn’t let me just get a refund after I lost my appetite- don’t eat here
