I only eat the wings well done. I was told by the employee that I should order them extra well because they are cooked 7 to 10 longer.
I went in on Saturday evening and got an 8 PC combo EXTRA well. It seems as if they have an issue with preparing your wings the way you request them. The wings were not cooked as requested but because I live several miles away I didnt go back. I ended up in the ER with some kind of food poisoning. Definitely will not be going back to that location.
It was 1.5 hrs before closing, and the boneless wings looked and tasted like it was. Cleaning solutions on the floor, loud Hispanic music playing, most of the kitchen staff was singing, chilling in the back with lots of stand around and talk time. The young lady that took our order was very nice. Next time, I'll come early. Btw, the boneless wings had little meat, lots of breading, and lots of small hard pieces.
The fries were absolutely inedible. I’m not sure why these were served and not thrown out. I don’t recommend this location at all.
Our boneless wings were hot and fresh, however, the bone in were obviously old and microwaved before serving because they were rubbery in texture and definitely NOT fresh. I have had fresh wings before and you cannot even bite into them they are so hot, the ones tonight were luke warm at best. Fries were warm, soggy and not hot at all, which is disappointing because I ordered them well done. On the plus side the order was delivered to us in about 10 minutes. I would have rather waited the full 20 minute wait for fresh wings and food. Totally disappointed with this visit and would recommend people go to another location as this one is hit or miss, mostly miss. Employees were too busy playing on their phones to provide good service and food.
They lost my order and let some random person pick it up without confirming they are DoorDash. I Ordered from their website. Two hours after they lost my order I never got a call back from them until I repeatedly kept calling to get an update. Finally told them to refund my money 2-5 days for them to refund my money.
I don't know why the reviews are so bad on this wingstop? I went and i had to wait, but they were busy and I noticed they make the food when it's supposed to be ready so if you come when you placed it but you have to wait. I guess some people are just impatient, And they customer service there is fantastic the cashier he was a very nice. He made sure everybody gets served even if there's a bunch of people that have orders. He asked everybody if they had a pick up and if somebody didn't he was very nice and told him just a second. THIS PLACE NEEDS 5 ⭐️!!!!!
1 star is generous. Dirty and unorganized location,high school looking kids working who are on their phone not paying attention to anything or anyone.
The worst,driest,and greasiest wings ever. They tasted like they’ve been dropped multiple times in oil.
They were drier than the Turkey served at National lampoons Christmas dinner. No amount of water could help those extremely dry redropped cold wings.
I LOVE Wingstop, but the Wingstop in Midlothian is AWFUL!!!!!! I've ordered out twice from here and both times have been the same. I have them the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe they just had an off night the first time I ordered. I was wrong...they apparently do not care enough to try to serve good, hot food!! Both times my fries were barely warm, if you could even call it "warm" and tasted a little stale. My chicken sandwich had so much grease in the container that it was pooled around my sandwich. I tried to complain and the worker just WALKED AWAY while I was complaining!!!! WALKED AWAY!!!!! Wingstop should be absolutely ashamed to have their name associated with the Wingstop in Midlothian!!!
