I put in an order for 2 and I had the lady repeat the order back to me. It was correct. I was confident that my order was going to be great! But today when I arrived, I paid for my order. The lady gave me cups with a piece of long hair on it and they forgot the ranch dressing. Also i requested dried lemon pepper wings and they put butter oil on them anyways. And my lemon pepper wings were cook soft on a few. I’m so disappointed. I would just like to pay for food and great service. People in the back need to pay more attention to the orders.
Waited over an hour for the food just to be told our online order was lost in the system. This incident took place on august 2nd and we still have no received our refund of over 50$. Called over 6 times and still have not been contacted! Do better wingstop.
Ran out for a quick lunch. Service was prompt and the food was fresh and hot. Got the hookup with the cheese sauce on my fries. The Korean BBQ has my mouth tingling a little in a good way. Very satisfying meal that will help me power through the rest of my day. Thumbs High. ????
The wings were very good, it was crowded. The only problem was ordering online. It said drinks were unavailable and the side didn't make it into the bag. Suppose a glitch in trying to get the order in after the fifth time didn't help. It was a sealed bag so I didn't check it before home. The door handle needs to be disinfected often, glad I had hand sanitizer in the car a sticky steering wheel is no fun to drive.
Terrible customer service... cashier got annoyed and was inpatient while we looked at the menu. Took about 40 min to get our food. We didn't seem like a priority. Lazy employees. Food wasn't even correct.
We used to order from this location regularly. But in August we did an online order and paid online...we walked in to get our order at the time it said to but after over an hour of waiting and still no food, we just asked to get a refund. They said the GM would refund us our money but over a month later still NO REFUND...so we paid $50 for food we never ate. Will not go back until I get a refund.

I placed an order for pick up at 5:05pm. Got a confirmation email for pick up in 16-21 minutes. I arrived at the store at 5:25pm. I ended up walking out with my food at 5:55pm. Almost an hour after i placed my order. The food was hot but not worth the wait time. I will never being going to this location every again. Seems very disorganized and very chaotic. To go bags were placed in the pick up spot and 2 workers were just chit chatting away while people had been waiting for over a half an hour.
Also never order delivery from this restaurant with a beverage because you will get the wrong beverage every time.
I ordered online at 3:03 pm today. It is currently 4:06 pm and I am still sitting here with no food. I only ordered 1 10 piece combo. It has been over an hour wait, the customer service has been piss poor and others sat here and complained too. Definitely do not come her. The manager just made excuses as to why I didn’t have my food. Her excuse was that I ordered 10 traditional wings. Regardless of that, it doesn’t take more than hour to. After being asked to leave the store for asking for my food at my 1.5 hour mark. Jake (the general manager) had to step in and issue a refund (we’ll see if I get it).
I’ll never come to this establishment again. Ad a fellow business owner; this level of communication, organization, and customer service; was all around a disaster. Do better
