This Wingstop location used to be good. Not sure what happened but they have not been very consistent lately. The last two times I’ve had problems. My order was given to someone else the first time and last night I didn’t receive any of my ranch dressing. We are talking about ranch dressing here, one of the reasons I go to wings to.
WORST fries and wings I have ever received. I don't know why they would serve me food that is visually unappealing and lacked taste. I had to throw it all away. That was $26 in the trash. Disappointed. (The picture says it all).
We just ordered a to-go order from WingStop here and they came out and handed our food to us in our car!! They did not have to do that at all and they did! That was so sweet of them. We were very very grateful ☀️
I have been shopping at this location for years, but recently I attempted to make an order through the phone as I've always done, and what answered was some sort of robot or AI voice that simply refused to get my order right.
I could not specify how many wings I wanted of each flavour, it didn't understand what kind of dip I wanted, and it had a real hard time understanding what kind of combo I wanted.
I had never felt so frustrated while speaking on the phone, will not be coming back to this location.
The wing were the worst. Just gross and over cooked and stale. Almost like they reheated or something.
The fries are a hit or miss but this time they over did it. The fries were definitely leftovers (old and stale). Not only do they barely put enough fries but the fries are always cold and either soggy or hard. The carrots were good but then we saw the celery was going bad. We couldn’t believe it. The freaking celery!!! It was brown and slippery from the back where it was going bad. We’re done with Wingstop. All the food was left. Paid $40 for trash.
Top notch service! Seriously! We recently relocated to this area. This was our first visit to this location. Listen, my husband raved about how polite, friendly and efficient this location is.. He explained the restaurant was clean. The sous chefs ( yes you read that right) were well dressed, kind, and worked like well together. By the time he arrived home, the order was still fresh and piping hot. Our 2 year old grandson, said yummy. Followed by hot Pop Pop. As he waited for the chicken to cool he demolished the French fries, lol. Our order was crazy good and cooked to our liking. Seriously, kudos to the entire crew from Friday, Aug 16th, 7-8pm. In our opinion, hands down, best Wing Stop in the metroplex. Thank you again!
I did a call in order and an AI robot took my order, it sucked was completely odd and impersonal I couldn’t tell if this thing was taking my order right or not. I thought I was ordering a combo, so once I got my order I realized I didn’t get fries, who wants wingstop without fries?? Not me! They changed extra for the blue cheese. I thought wings came with blue cheese or ranch? Not at wingstop! Way too expensive for what I got. I tried to do the survey but it wasn’t working right and way too slow, I didn’t want to suffer through the survey for some free fries because I won’t be back! Anywhere you get wings, anywhere in the world you will get some kind of dipping sauce but not stupid wingstop! Screw you wingstop and your stupid AI computer weird order taker!
I am about 9 miles from three different Wingstop's, I choose this one because the service is good and my food is always fresh and hot. The workers are very friendly, I usually order online and I know when I go to pick up and I see Terrance my stuff is going to be right.
