Best WLM Reviews
It’s my weekly goto place for wings. I find this location’s preparation of the fries to be the best, for my likings. Fries have a hint of sweetness followed by the striking salty taste. The staff is always friendly and have never had an issue. Great place to get your hot wings!!!! Pics are of the Cajun wings and the breaded tenders are Louisiana Rub. Delicious!!!
Walked in and lost my appetite you know when you walk into a place and feel a dirty atmosphere, floors are nasty, one of the benches had a liquid spill, every single table was dirty and littered with crumbs. Friend wanted to eat inside but I decided to just take it to go. They forgot the sauces they charged us for.
I ordered boneless wings last night and they were hard and they tasted old. Not too happy about it. Won't order again from here
Best wings in Hialeah ! Consistent and delicious. Excellent service. Awesome new flavors all the time. Nice place to dine in too. They even have beer !
I am doordash is the second time that go to this store and the lady the hair black large young that working every day attended the customer in the door is unprofessional, altive,She do not attent the customers good, please change the person for other person more professional for the customers to be treated as it should be with kindness and respect as it should, it is very arrogant and immature,is my advice for you
Wingstop truly impressed me with their flavorful and crispy wings! The variety of sauces they offer is fantastic, making it easy to find something for every taste. From classic Buffalo to tangy BBQ and beyond, each wing was a delightful burst of flavor. The service was friendly and efficient, ensuring I had a great dining experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it a perfect spot to enjoy wings with friends and family. If you're a wing enthusiast or just looking for a delicious meal, Wingstop is the place to go!"
I would like to take this opportunity to rate the overall service received at the store today. As a matter of fact, as a Wingstop frequent customer, I am highly impressed with the service received from Melissa who showed a great attitude at all times, offered suggestions in an attempt to make my order more joyful and most important was patient and friendly. On a day like today, being Valentine's day, Melissa exceeded my expectations.
As I waited to receive my order, I was able to observe how Melissa showed the same attitude and personally to every customer who walked in. Friendly, knowledgeable and glowing personality is how I would describe Melissa. I was so greateful for the way I was being treated that I called the manager "Yanet" to compliment her staff, Melissa. However, after speaking to Yanet, I realized why her entire team was so professional. Yanet's highly rated customer service, portraits in her team.
Being a Wingstop frequent customer, I can say this is definitely the #1 store in Miami. Where customers are valued and receive the service they deserve.
I hope this reviewed is read by a top manager. This store deserves to be recognized.
This restaurant is a little out of my way to go to. However, I make the effort to go to this location because their fast service and generous portions. Usually, food is right on time as the app says if you order online. Also, the boneless wings are a pretty decent size.
In addition, the restaurant is nice and clean. The staff is polite and they make sure you are satisfied with your order.
