The service gets a 3 because me and my husband and I called a total of 4 times, and the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer. So, on the 5 time calling, they finally answered and the young lady didn't even say you're welcome at the end of the call. Please do better at this very busy location.
I went into the store on 2240 Texas Parkway with a complaint about a recent delivery order and past orders. I asked for the store manager and was told they weren't there so I asked for the managers name and was told they don't give out names. I then asked who I could speak with in their place, the cashier says he was. I express my issues/concerns about mistakes they keep making and was told, "If they keep making so many mistakes, shouldn't that tell you to maybe stop coming here." The sheer audacity, lack of concern and total disregard is appalling!! Don't go to this store!! I will be making a formal complaint!!

I’ve been going here for years and I have never had a problem ! I use to get the bbq 10 piece bone in combo , but I switched it up to the mango habanero and spicy Korean /atomic wings????????! They are perfect !!!! Wings Stop had the best wings hands down !!
Almost every single time I come here I usually have a bad experience. It’s usually the customer service or just small things like no ice or most of the drinks being unavailable in their soda machine. The cashier man that was working the evening shift on September 4th, 2024 deemed to be incompetent and really didn’t seem to care about being there at all. I get it, working in food is not always fun but geez at least do your job right. Once entering the store to pick up my online order he was on the phone taking an order from another customer which is fine; however once he got off of the phone he did not greet any of the people who entered the store and overall just did not provide a welcoming vibe. I gave him the first and last name of my order (in which it was under my dad’s name. I was picking it up for my dad) just for me to come home with literally a COMPLETELY different order and an order that was of lesser value than what we ordered. It was already 10:30pm and I’m here at my house trying to get ahold of the location when it keeps going to voicemail until finally the same cashier picks up the phone. I explained the situation and requested some sort of compensation. Mind you, I am patient and never yell as I too have also worked in the service industry but I’m sure if anyone received someone else’s order it would tick you off right??!! He then asked if I would come back to the store same night to pick up my correct order and that it was sitting right there and asked if I wanted it remade. At this point, I didn’t believe that if I did not take action now with this situation I would never receive any compensation in the future. So I decided to drive 20 mins back to this location to pick up the correct order and not once did I even receive an apology for this simple mistake that could have prevented in which is the least he could have done. The inconvenience was insane as I was on my way home from work to pick up wings for my dad, it’s late at night, and the last thing I want to do after a long day is drive right back out! Very disappointed.
Not a lot of space to dine-in, order online quick and easy to pick up. Wing size has gotten better, hot honey flavor is awesome, garlic Parmesan is ok,
some lady said they would give us ranch to trade for our drink when they’re didn’t have ice we paid for the meal like what. she was rude she said yall can just get water
My husband and I placed an online order for 2 ten piece combos. The food was not fresh, the chicken was hard and when I called for a manager the young lady was rude. She said I had to bring my food back to the store for a refund. I remember when the Missouri City location was built. Custom Service and quality of food especially freshness is so important for anyone’s health. I will NEVER return. Clearly this is old so to tell me to bring it back insulted my intellect while demonstrating you don’t value my business. I started going to Wingstop over 20 years ago on the Southwest side of town off kirkwood so I know Wingstop and will drive to Highway 6 or wilcrest locations that maintain freshness
