Came in today for the free chicken sandwich deal. The restaurant was understandably busy, but MAN the crew absolutely KILLED IT! You could sense the high energy from the kitchen staff the moment you walked in the door. The gentleman working the register consistently checked in with customers as they came in to make sure they were taken care of. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. This was our first time at this location and it was enjoyable to say the least. Keep it up!!
Asked for extra sauce and crispy. They were slimy and not crispy at all! Plus basically no sauce. I only ate one and had to leave. The sodas were mixed up in the machine. Diet was in regular Coke. Dr Pepper I have no idea what was in that one didn’t taste like Dr Pepper. Too small and not clean.
I placed my online order at 10:35pm on 03/22/2024. I went to the store and paid at 10:56pm.. The cashier whom helped me went to the back to check my order, returned to the counter to tell me they were working on my order. At 11:08 I was told they lost my order if I have my receipt. I showed my receipt and they took it. I also, showed them my online receipt and the time it was placed(10:35pm) I asked for the managers name (Jorge) and the young man came to the counter and asked how could he help
Me. I explained what happened and he was I was misinformed that my order wasn’t lost, but that they are just now dropping my order. I didn’t receive an apology or any type of compensation. I received my order at 11:20pm on 03/22/2024 I checked my order and they tried to give me two tenders because it was stated they dropped the patties on the floor. Instead of asking me if it was okay or if I mind waiting they just gave me that. Then I was told they were only remaking one of the sandwiches that contained chicken tenders, that if I want to wait they can remake the second one. At that point I just said forget it. After all this I was then told “ I apologize, here are some cookies!” Mind you, you can see they were old and have been sitting there. This is unacceptable. I waited for over an hour to receive my order. During the time I was waiting, karaoke and a lot of joking off, and rude comments were made. I did ask for a refund but they kept insisting my order was coming.
My daughter loves this place. I had never been. They have some good meal deals, didn't care too much for cheese fries, but wings are decent, service was good, we ordered more food than we needed but overall I would return.
I don't understand why Wingstop is even popular. Their food is mediocre at best. I truly believe they would be out of business if it were not for delivery apps as people are more willing to wait for the food if they aren't the ones waiting. As a delivery person....I hate picking up at this location as my minimum wait is 20 minutes, when the food should be ready at or just after arrival. Do better!
In all my experiences with this Wingstop, the wait is my least favorite issue. To avoid this, I tried putting in an order in advance. At 9:30A this morning I put in an order for 6:15P. And when I arrived the ticket was in a stack. I received my food 15 minutes later. I don’t know how orders are processed but with an 8+ hour lead time, I promise I was definitely expecting for it to be waiting for me.
Don’t go here unless you can afford to wait.
They did not have gloves on, waited 1 hr for food service wasn't good cashier she was rude .
Placed an order over the phone at 2:13pm and was informed that the food would be ready at 2:30pm. Was at the location at 2:26pm and was there for 20 minutes being informed there was no order under my name. Come to find out they placed a different name under my order. There was another previous experience where I had to wait 40 minutes for my food when online said 20 minutes. Avoid this location at all cost!!
