I can't even review the food itself because we never got a chance to order. We walked in and my husband went to the counter, he was asked if he was picking up or placing an order. He said he wanted to place an order, the gentleman walked up to 1 of the THREE on and perfectly functional registers, and told my husband that he needs to place an order online, and that they don't accept walk ins orders? In what business model does this make sense? Turning down a cash sale because you are too lazy to provide customer service at your restaurant just turned us off this location completely and we went to another location. This place needs a serious overhaul with employees, starting with the manager that turned down our sale.
Placed an online order last night and the food was not good AT ALL. 2 orders of fries that look and seasoned completely different. Got boneless wings for the kids. Some of them weren't even big enough to contain any chicken. They were only coater. Im adding a picture to show my so called FIVE ( 2 regular and 3 crumbs) boneless wings.The bbq wings were saturated in sauce. The bone in wings were cooked to the point of scratching your gums when eating. Smh. The 2 beverages tasted as if they don't maintained the soda machine. It was just bad.
If I could give NO stars I would. Very annoyed with the Virginia Beach Holland Road location. I placed an order online for my daughter.Went to pick it up and it turns out it was for the wrong store, I placed it for the Holland Road location which is 20 min from my home and I had to get back to work...I understand thatvis my mistake,but The email I received says if you need to cancel or change your order to call the store.So Boom,I called the store and the person I sp/w told me HE THINKS it was too late for me to cancel my order and that the food was waiting for me ???? So I told him I can't pick it up b/c I had to go back to work.He insisted that he couldnt cancel my order even though I could not get it and already paid for it.I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager "Mahir." The next day when I was off I had to drive to the store to request my order that I paid for but never received be cancelled out on rhe appbso that I could get my money back.One of the workers at the register took a picture of the email & order details on my phone and said the manager would cancel the order...A couple of days later I call for an update,sp/w a different manager, let her know everything and when She asked me who I sp/w & I told her Mahir she called him.She said he said he had heard nothing of my order??? How? Idk? But the young lady (who was pretty nice) took down my name & order number and said he would cancel it. A week later my order has yet to be cancelled, I have not gotten my money back or the food.They keep giving the run around, saying it will be dont to get me off the phone and has yet to cancel it eveb though they have my money and the food?? No one offered to transfer the order to the other location, if that's something that can be done.No one gave a TAT,just kept being told this manager would cancel my order. They didnt even say we cant refund you but can make the order for you. Just that Mahir can cancel it and that he would! This was a very frustrating experience. The App needs an option to cancel the order yourself instead of having to call and ask and being denied b/c you can't make it to pick the food up. Anything could have happened, so I know they have an option to cancel orders. I worked for a fast food restaurant years ago and I know my order could have been cancelled and refunded.VERY unprofessional! They can keep the $14 & I'll never go back & wouldn't recommend anyone else to. The Holland Road location anyway. I dont eat their food myself,my daughter does so I can't speak for other locations. Wish I could have seen the other reviews for this store before even ordering from any of them. Obviously something is wrong & they need new management or something.0 STARS
I’m actually shocked at the negative reviews here. I’ve ordered from this wingstop an embarrassing amount of times since I’ve moved here (easily 30+ lol). I’ve never been a personal fan of wingstops traditional wings or their boneless (they’re just too small and grisly to me) so my reviews are only based off of their tenders, sandwiches and sides. This location specifically has NEVER let me down. The food is always insanely fresh, hot, perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy. I will also say I order delivery fairly often and not one time has this location ever forgotten or missed anything on my orders…ever. And considering I’ve ordered from here so many times, that’s a real accomplishment haha. Compared to the Wingstop on Lynnhaven this place is amazing. ???? Thank you guys for the great food!
I don’t know where these reviews are coming from but don’t listen to them. The crew is very nice and they was quick with my order! 10/10!! It’s late too and nobody minded I needed an extra 10 piece!
Honestly everything was terrible. We ordered the fries extra done and they were soggy and cold. The wings were dry and the flavors were indistinguishable. We ordered some bone-in and some boneless for our kids and only got bone-in. The vegetables were not fresh. The restaurant was filthy. Huge waste of money.
I ordered 15pc bone-in wings. They were so small that my husband didn't even want them...over $26 for something that was worth maybe $5...Very Disappointed. I would have been embarrassed to sell wings that small. We had wings for superbowl a month ago and there were perfect.
This location is falling off at a terrible speed And I’m sick of it. My last three orders were wrong and they are not frying the chicken all the way!!!!!!!!!! I shouldn’t have to come home and put it in the air fryer!!!!!!!!! This is a complete waste of my money and my time!!!!!
