Went in today and got buffalo boneless wings and asked for an extra buffalo sauce. The older Mexican lady (manager I believe) trying to charge 2.10 for a thing of sauce and was very rude about it. Employee’s here need to work on there customer service. Dry ass boneless wings
Good food taste and quality. Staff is friendly but took extra long to get our mobile order ready. We ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes before we got there, and when we got there I placed another order for wings. The order I placed when we got there got done sooner than the mobile order. Another person with us who also did a mobile order got theirs when we arrived. Don't know why the timing was so inconsistent.
I asked for lemon pepper, garlic parmesan and buffalo which I always do. Got the most oily wings I’ve had in my life. There was no buffalo, they didn’t put anything on them. Just oil and that’s it. What a disappointment.
On December 13, 2024, my daughter picked up ann order that consisted of voodoo french fries a regular order of french fries and a 20 piece boneless chicken wings, half lemon pepper and half buffalo. She was dropped off at home. The Buffalo wings were not cooked. When I called to inquire of how I can get a refund or a replacement, I was told they would not be able to do either unless I brought the entire order in. I’m at work, and the kids are too young to drive. Both of my kids took a bite out of one wing each and found out they were not cooked and did not finish those wings (Buffalo), but were hungry after school and finished the voodoo fries, the french fries and the other ten lemon pepper wings and because of this, I am being refused of getting a refund or replacement for not bringing in the entire order. This is a ridiculous policy that wing stop enforces, especially during this time of the year!!! Now, if this restaurant location wants to increase their ratings, they need to do a better job with cooking the food all the way through!!! And encouraging the policy writers to change their policy.
I placed a pick up order at 4:48pm today and scheduled the pick up for 6pm. Why is it that when I get there at 5:58pm they tell me the order won't be ready for another 30 to 40 minutes?!?! If the restaurant is gonna take so many online orders they need to stop taking walk in orders or the other way around. Horrible way to try and make the most money you can as a company, now I know wingstop could give two shits about people who pay for their food as long as they keep paying. And if anything is cold God help me and this establishment. Currently 6:30pm as I'm writing this....
I will never waste my money on wingstop again. I ordered a 8 piece traditional wing, half of the hot honey rub and half lemon pepper and let’s just say they gave me some seriously naked wings. They tasted like absolutely nothing. I was pissed because I spent twenty dollars for some tasteless wings. The lemon pepper and the hot honey literally tasted like the same wings. It was so disappointing because it was my first time tasting the honey ones, and after everybody was raving bout them I just had the try……waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!

On our last order, we purchased a Large Fry. I would say, about 90 percent of the fries were crumbs- Like, the bottom of the frying basket. (I've worked fast food before. Lol)
First time I come here knowing it was 3rd quarter Super Bowl, but if it’s open they still have a job to do and to make it right. I ordered Atomic Wings for me. They barely any sauce ! Had to throw them away. In this economy I can’t afford to pay for food and end up throwing it away because they were in a rush and did not give me what I ordered and paid for with my hard earned money! Thanks! now im left with no dinner !
