Worst Wingstop I have been to... Very unfriendly.. They lack communication... And they got the order wrong and when I brought it to there attention they stood in the back talking about my order as if I did something wrong. They didn't even apologize or anything. And food was poorly packaged and didn't taste that great either...if I could give ZERO stars I would... Very disappointed as I love Wingstop but this location such a disappointment to even be considered a Wingstop. Just wasted $80 and in this economy... is just depressing!!
The worst customer service ever. The time the items will be made are never accurate. The worker on the front ignored me for over 30+ minutes when I was patiently waiting in line for an update. After I asked a final time (my order was supposed to be ready at 2:20 and it wasn’t). She said “we called it out”. I was at the front for over 30 minutes and they never did. I only recommend going here if you want to wait 30+ minutes/be ignored/ and then eat cold food.
Ordered a combo for two people, the 15 for 2, I only got 12 wings, and they didn’t even get the order right, I asked for ALL Lemon Pepper and they gave me Mild and SOME Lemon Pepper, to top it off this place is completely disgusting, trash everywhere, no trash cans, and no A/C, IN CALIFORNIA. This place quite literally sucks. No wonder this place gets only Online Orders and Pick-ups.
The below review is my opinion on this business based on my experiences visiting this business today.
They need better trained employees here. They lack customer service training and how to properly clean a fast food place. I doubt if I’ll come back to this location. I placed my order over the phone. Was told the order would be ready in 8 minutes. I arrived at this location about 5 minutes after placing the order. I really didn't want to wait in their shop for my order. Almost 30 minutes after walking in to the shop and I still don’t have my order.
Update: They placed my order on the side and forgot to call out my name from what the female employee told me. Sorry but these people are just incompetent in my opinion. The guy employee and the girl were the employees working here at 4:30pm today. This is definitely the last time I visit this place. The guy has no idea on how to greet customers as well. I'm standing at the cash register when I walked in for about 5 minutes. He never acknowledged me standing at the register to pay for my order. The girl finally comes from the back to take my payment. Even though the guy as literally a few feet away from me at the register.
I understand that these days it's difficult finding employees. But this is just ridiculous. Train these people better!
I wish I could go to this location to get some wings, but the constant homeless crowd that lives in and around the complex is terrifying.
But on second thought, I’d rather go to a different location because all the camps they’re allowed around the complex probably attract rats ???? and cockroaches ???? ????
Waited 40min for an online order and the wings weren’t even properly coated. Drink fountain had hardly any drinks and the drinks it did have tasted like carbonated water. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this Wingstop unless you have time to waste.
I ordered the voodoo fries and that comes with cheese ranch and cajun seasoning my fries had the tiniest dash of ranch and cheese with no cajun seasoning, so it tasted like plain cold fries. I also ordered Louisiana rub wings and they came plain. I work at a Wingstop so I know how things are supposed to be done.
1 hour and 30 min to make the food! I put my order in at 10:48 exactly. Pick up time was set for 1145. We walked out with our food at 12:14. They had over an hour to get our food ready. And to top it off there was absolutely no ice. Do better.
