Best WLM Reviews
I ordered from your restaurant through Uber Eats rather than visiting in person. I wanted to share some feedback: the fries appear different from what I’ve had before and seem overly seasoned. Additionally, the wings are smaller than expected and have a texture and appearance that seem less authentic. I appreciate the care you put into your food, and I hope this feedback is helpful for continued improvement. Thank you.
I have been on a Wingstop kick for several months now and I order from this location at least once a week and there has only been one time that I have not been completely happy with everything. The food is always super fresh and the quantity is great and most of all they are consistent. My favorite Wingstop location!
Their ranch and those those hot honey dry rub boneless wings ....???????? Soooo good!!!
* Unfortunately they did change the fries recently, and I don't like them as much as the old fries but they aren't bad.
1st time visit on Sunday 10/27/24 approx 7:20pm . I placed my order online.
I was greeted immediately when i walked in. The restuarant was very clean. The young lady that greeted me was wiping down tables and went to check on my order. They were just wrapping up my order and had it ready within the window of time provided. While i filled my drinks she prepared a drink carrier.
The food was great. The ranch and blue cheese were amazing. Everything in the order was accurate.
Thank you from Happy!
Getting wingstop is something that my office does weekly. We all swear this location has the best wings and the staff is amazing!! There is a young man with short Brown hair Who is there almost every time I pick up my office order and his customer service is beyond amazing. He makes my visit every time. That boy needs to be a manager!
First visit to this location. I was greeted by a friendly employee behind the counter. I placed my order and was given an estimated wait time. My wings were ready within 2 minutes of said estimated time. Korean flavor wings weren't drenched and my Cajun dry rub was just right spicy. I'll be back
I placed my order online. 35min later I received a text saying it was ready. I was running late. I arrived about 42min later. They couldn’t find my order. After going to several papers and finally locating my paper with the order they had to prepare it. Talk about frustrating. The young man got on it immediately and made my order. The supervisor brought my order out. She never apologized for the inconvenience this caused me. However the young man did apologize and was very polite.
Its incredible that even without AC the employees have a smile for the custumer and exellent service, but whoever owns this place needs to fix the AC and the ice machine for the EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS before we report this to the hood news.
I’ve been coming here since I moved to Houston (2016). Customer Service is top notch!!! I have 0 complaints. If you order to go, of course your food isn’t going to be the same, common sense…
