They cook their wings /fries with love ????????
Recently moved and tried a different location but had to come back to my original store for the flavor I was searching for. It doesn’t matter what flavor you order (hot honey being the best) because the wings are fried to perfection ????????
This is my new go-to Wingstop location. Workers are nice and the food comes out right.
Jennifer helped me with my order. Super sweet and very helpful helping set up my apple pay since I forgot my card. Manager was very responsive to fix an issue with my order. I always come here. Wingstop just sponsor me already.
Wing stops in Houston are so inconsistent, so I was initially apprehensive. Ultimately, I had a good experience with one minor complaint.
This location offers hot lemon pepper wings which was a shocker. The one by my house no longer offers it, so I knew that would be a part of my order. I called in the order and when I arrived, it was ready to be picked up. I ordered 4 hot lemon pepper and 4 Louisiana dry rub wings. They were so good ! My only complaint is that it was obvious that the fries had been sitting up. They were lukewarm when I got them. Other than that, everything was good.
I went to this wingstop location earlier at 5:40 something to dine in I’ve had the Original Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries which looked amazing
Here’s my honest opinion starting with the pros
Pros: Food was hot and fresh, music was at a comfortable level, helpful staff, and plenty of seating for everyone
The only Con I have was the waiting time it took me 20-30 minutes which was decent at first I thought everyone said that it took longer than half an hour like I don’t know why our customers are rating this Wingstop location 1 star but to me I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars overall
Make sure yall always check yall food, i bought and 8 piece combo and they gave me and 6 piece combo and ill i got when i called them is an “we can give you credit for the 2 wings youre mising next time you come”????
Second day in a row yesterday I had cold fries today I’ve received burnt fries !
We waited 1hr 30mins inside for our food only to be told by the workers they actually don’t know what happened to our order. They quite literally said “I don’t know” and shrugged their shoulders. The manager didn’t even offer an apology.
After watching how they operate for a full hour, it’s confusing why they have 4+ stars on Google reviews. Perhaps they were paid for.
Conclusion - Save your money and go to PLUCKERS that opened down the street. Better service, better menu, spacious seating, good beer on tap.
