The food and service is amazing. There was a crowd of people and 2 people managed to make the orders quickly while taking more order. The food was good and nothing was missing. The inside is pretty empty. HThey have a couple of posters and a soda machine. No tables. But the room is very limited with a very small store.
I placed an online order, but my fries were missing when I picked it up. When I mentioned it to the staff, they were indifferent and dismissive beyond belief. They wouldn't acknowledge me or confirm that they’d make it right by bringing me fries, as I ordered. After a few minutes of silence, I asked the manager how long would it’d be and she curtly replied, "another 2 minutes, unless you want cold fries". She left to the back room and did not return. When I asked for the manager’s name so I could speak to the franchise owner, they refused to tell me. It was extremely disappointing to see how a small issue was handled so poorly. You have been warned: Avoid this place at all costs!
Last two orders I’ve placed there both incorrect. The food is fine IF you get what you ordered. I won’t be back.
The food was alright but the wings are tiny for their price. They taste pretty good but they go quickly. The chicken sandwich is worth it tho. The wait times are very long and the space inside is small. You have to eat outside.
The sandwich was old, I love sandwiches that’s what I always get this time, it was just old , I asked for a new one “it’s fresh!” I was told by management… well sir it wasn’t. Poorly managed! Avoid at all cost. Worst guest service, never returning.
I went in today 3/16 at 8pm, placed my rather large order at 7:30pm. They told me it would take about 25 or so minutes. I have to say, we should all be kind to those employees. There was only 2 of them working and they were working HARD. there was a girl working the cash register and helping the guy make food. It does not seem like an easy job and they were killing it. My order was ready relatively close to the time that she said it would be and it was good. Good job team of 2!!
Ordered online and went to the store, was told they are making the order and would take a couple minutes. End up waiting in store for about 50 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 10 wings. When asked they said they thought I was waiting for door dash..this is a joke right…
My son wanted to give his brother a back-to-school treat and he ordered from here. The meals were ready by the time I arrived for pick-up, It was neatly packed. The wings were great. All the flavours ordered were a 10/10 the Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, BBQ, and spicy Korean flavors
