Placed my order online for an extra crispy 10 piece at 3:18 PM , arrived at store at 3:30 PM, waited until 4:10 just for my order to NOT BE extra crispy. Sent it back and waited an additional 30 minutes.
Terrible customer service here, staff members are always rude and unwilling to help AND wait times are RIDICULOUSLY TOO LONG!!!

I watched 8 people receive their orders before me… definitely won’t be coming back, which is a shame because of how close it is to my house.
Whoever made J’s call in order on 12/18— 8 pc Honey hot rub w/ Voodoo fries did an amazing job! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. This location hardly disappoints.
simply asked to change out a ranch that was underfilled looked like they only put half and when I asked to see if I could change it they said I’d have to buy one.
Jania is absolutely amazing. I’ve been in here before and the service was not the best, but my service with Jania has changed my whole perception. I was having a long day and she made my day. Took my order accurately and adjusted my order to my liking. She is amazing and worth keeping around. Keep killing it!
I called to place an order. I got left on hold for 8 minutes. I hung up and called back, and the same person picked up and I was told to hold again. I let the him know I got left on hold the first time, that I'd like to place an order and asked if they were busy. HE HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and someone else picked up and took my order. When I got there to pick up my order, the store was DEAD. EMPTY. I recognized the voice of the person who hung up on me. Surprise surprise, he was on his phone. Zero work ethic and the customer service is embarrassing... and I'm an industry vet.
If you insist on eating here make sure you don’t get your order taken by Jennifer, she did not take my order correctly and then FORGOT to announce that my food was ready. What makes me upset is she was laughing and talking to her friends(who were other customers) and scrolling on her phone at the register. I walked up and asked how much longer I had to wait for my food and she immediately said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry” when to the rack and handed me my food. No telling how long it had been sitting there getting cold. Not to mention the hour I had to wait for my food in total. Jennifer, if you are reading this, which I hope you are, step it up and realize while you are “at work” it’s work time and not “socialize with my friends and forget the dudes food I messed up on.”
Also don’t give multiple insincere apologies when you mess up. Just do better.
Daniel is always very helpful and courteous and the whole staff are excellent people. They’re the reason I come to this particular location. Keep up the great work guys
I would have given them zero if that were an option. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so.... Now the children are using all of the bathrooms in the house and I can't even go!!
