Customer Service Was Great , Wings Were Okay & Fries Were Not Good At All . Ive Haven’t Been A Fan Of This Location In About 4 Years & I Plan On Never Going Back After My Last Time I Went , This Location Food Is Just Not It !
Everything was fine except the wings. I ordered garlic Parmesan but got… just Parmesan? I’m not sure but it’s definitely not tasting like garlic Parmesan.
I recently visited Wingstop and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations, which was incredibly helpful. My order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the food was hot and delicious. The team frequently checked in to ensure everything was to my liking, making the whole experience enjoyable. Wingstop’s commitment to excellent customer service truly sets them apart, making it a place I’ll definitely return to.
I come here roughly once a month. Wings were always consistent, service was suspect. They’ve recently gotten a new staff and I can’t speak any more highly of the service. Helpful, attentive, patient. I was pleasantly surprised. They communicate well with each other and are very respectful. I know it sounds like an old man review but I have to give the young people kudos when warranted.
Food seems like it was left over food over cooked and fries are nothing but scraps Drinks were flat tried calling to speak to a manager and left me on hold tried calling again and ignored my calls multiple times very unhappy with this order
Great food! Tables inside were not clean and it’s a cramped space but had a good time. Crowded and wait time is long, so I suggest ordering ahead.
Considering the location that this establishment is located, one can expect a good experience. Unfortunately it is in the contrary, in several occasions this wingstop have delivered the most poor service a place could offer. Frustrating enough the staff takes the experience even worse by being unprofessional, including the manager by laughing at the customers and giving fake names so one cannot report them. This has to change. Shift leader 08/05/24 closing manager.
Went inside to pick up takeout order. Cashier was sitting behind the drink fridge on top of the counter using her phone. I got my order and checked the food order inside my car. I was missing veggies sticks, so went back inside. While the cashier was handing me the veggies sticks, she insisted that the veggies sticks were in the bag with the dips. I told her I throughly checked the bag and even took out the tray of wings and opened it to see if the veggies sticks were inside the tray, which it wasn’t.
