Just ate here tonight with a friend of mine and I had a great experience. It seemed like high school kids were working. The employees might have looked young but they were so polite. The employees were helpful, and very professional. I got my food at a good time. I ordered a 10 piece original hot wings and they were sauces perfectly, the wings were a good size and the texture was perfect. It was my first time coming here and I will definitely be coming back. The place was clean and it was just a cozy place to be
The service was great. The employees were super nice, very polite, attentive and kind. The wings were a great size didn’t have to wait that long to get our food. The restaurant was very clean I would definitely eat here again. I live out of town and was visiting family today if your a local I recommend coming here when you get a craving for good sized wings with great flavor at a decent price.
Terrible customer service, saw multiple roaches in the dining area. Infestation of roaches.

Person was just talking away with his friends and not paying attention on what I had ordered and they gave me some chicken wings flavored that I do not want. I wanted Hawaii and garlic parmesan! and I got heaven what the other type flavor ! But I love my Wingstop ! ????????
I don’t care if it’s National Wing Day, when I call up to order, I expect to be able to place an order, not get put on hold and then hung up on MULTIPLE TIMES. That’s poor customer service.
As I sat waiting, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling. From the spots worn there, it seems like a common occurrence.
Overall, not thrilled with WingStop today. Please do better.
The manager (Lauro) at this location was very rude! I placed a 75 piece order and it was packaged wrong. The lid on the large sauce I ordered was not put on securely and sauce ended up all inside the bag. Also I ordered 6 smaller sauces and they were not inside the order! I call, the rude manger named Lauro, he told me they were not responsible for what happens once the order leaves the store. All I wanted was my sauce replaced, it was their fault it spilled out everywhere. This guy has no customer service skills, his rudeness was unbelievable! He told me I should have checked my order (bags were sealed) to make sure it was packaged correctly before I left! He was willing to give me my 6 sauces but not the spilled one. We had no sauce because I was 25 miles away. On my way home I did pick up the 6, only because I paid for them. I've been going to this location for many years with a standard 50 pieces order every time. This time my order was over $100 but I wont be spending a dime at this location again.!!
Very nasty food, the sauce of mango Habanero had to much water on it, fries I got the end of the bag, all were cut off so small, still have some in the fridge going to throw them in the trash cause they look very old and deformed, was not even worth it for the money spent $93.00
