For your food to be so expensive I at least expect decent sized pieces like cmon mane I got to every other wingstop and have no problems and then give this one a chance with no one in the place at all so there’s no rush and you still can’t make decent sizes ? Crazy mane
I was a regular customer at wingstop at 1838 E Ave J Lancaster CA 93535, until the day I had an issue about a 30pc combo I purchased. I literally explained to the cashier, that I wanted an even mixture of drums and flats, she responded, ok. When I received my order, there were 20 flats and 10 drums. When I addressed the problem to the locations unprofessional manager, with no customer resolution skills, and rude, his response to me was I have to take whatever they got. I told him I don't think that is right, and then I asked him for his name, and he told me, he's not giving me his name. Although this is my most convenient location, I will never purchase from there again and I advise anyone not to, if they ask me. I have the time, date and purchase information and I know it's not hard to find out who this manager is. I am a supervisor at my job and that is not the way you treat anyone.
Love the food, but every time we order online and take it home, there is always items missing! We have a big family, so it's a big order. I'm talking one or two meals are missing. Then when you call them and tell them about it, they could care less. And are rude to you. Won't go back unless changes are made there.
Summary: Disgusting.
Ordered two, eight piece mild combos. With a coke and dr. Pepper. The wings were not mild but were covered in grease. The drinks were just syrup and the bag was drenched in grease. This was the second attempt. Never going here again.
Ordered the lemon pepper boneless they poured all the butter sauce on top just had them soaking in it plus they was cooked hard. when asked why did they pour all that butter on top he said and I quote "There's nothing we can do because we turned the fryers off so I asked for a refund. Then the manager Gabriel did refund and then told me I won't receive my refund for 5-7 days I asked it take 5-7 days and I used debit then I asked what was the other guys name and he said I won't tell you that. And I said as a manager you can't tell me your employee name and he said his manager said he can't do that. I will never spend my money at the east side wing stop again.

Go to a different location or ask for GIO if you need help, avoid Dave! UPDATED March 26th 2024! Supervisor named Dave makes the $50 order wrong himself! All boneless wings on a half and half order. Then closes down his store and refuses to answer the phone until 8 minutes to close just to say, "we are closed and not making orders anymore". I tell him "we are at the door". When you are correcting an order made almost 2 hours ago and it took you over an hour to screw up the order Mr. SUPERVISOR DAVE! Thank you for not correcting the order because you wanted to close early on a Saturday night and go party. Refused to refund nor correct my order and didnt even take down a phone number for the refund. Told me that a district manager would have to refund my order in a little over a week. Argued literally about closing early long enough to correct the order twice over. What winners Wingstop promotes! Let's all congratulate Dave on his well earned promotion!
I waited over a week and then went back in waiting for my money to be returned to me, or even the order remade correctly... I met a man named GIO and he tried to help but since he wasnt there the night of the original order there's nothing he can do. He went in the back and asked Dave what to do and he said he was on break for over 10 more minutes so I have to wait and he doesnt believe the food was returned that night so nothing will be done, after his mention of my money back. Gio called the district manager for me when he realized it had been over 15 minutes since this break. Gio came out and told me he would have the whole order remade no problem and offered me a soda while I wait. Ask for Gio if you see Dave there! Sometimes lazy ppl are promoted, as in this case. Avoid Dave! Smh
This Wingstop needs to get it together!
I place an order online at 6:45 I was told to arrive at 7:15 I arrived at 7:20 paid for my food and was told it would be right out did not get my order till after 8. When I asked how much longer they acted like there was no receipt so I presented them with my own receipt showing it was paid in full somehow my order of 40 wings and sides mysteriously walked out the door. this store needs to be a lot cleaner everything is swept to one side of the store and not picked up trash on floors blown out soda cabinet sticky tables this store is waiting for health code enforcement to come in and give them a four-page write-up.
