Review: Wingstop Scam on BOGO Chicken Sandwich Offer
I recently received an email from Wingstop advertising a “Buy One Chicken Sandwich, Get One Free” deal. Excited by the offer, I placed an order online, making sure to follow all the instructions provided in the email. However, when I went to pick up my order, I was informed that I was not eligible for the promotion.
I contacted Wingstop’s customer service to resolve the issue, but their response was extremely disappointing. They claimed that the promotion did not apply to my order, despite me having followed all the guidelines. They provided no satisfactory explanation and refused to honor the deal.
This experience feels like a bait-and-switch scam. As a loyal customer, I expected better transparency and integrity from Wingstop. It’s unacceptable for a company to send out promotional emails and then deny customers the advertised benefits after they’ve already placed their orders.
I hope Wingstop takes immediate steps to rectify this issue and ensure that such misleading promotions are not repeated in the future. Until then, I will be reconsidering my patronage and warning others about this deceptive practice.
I ordered one sandwich, the staff member who took my order needed the help of two others to simply enter that. It took 20 minutes to be finished, patty came sauced on only one side with 1 pickle, the sandwich looked like it was made reluctantly and was cold when it finally got to me. Wingstop review: good advertising, poor execution, not worth the price tag and can’t compete with chick filet or Popeyes.
Lately it has been tasting the same and they are really lacking on making the food. A couple months ago this was a great location now it's gone down hill fast
I'm so glad they opened this Wingstop by my house, although it a little wait for the food, but they are always making it fresh so it's better to wait. BUT ITS WORTH IT!!!! The lemon pepper and the original hot are amazing. If you have time definitely try it out.
I ordered to go. I did not enjoy their food. The flavor was too strong for my taste.
Fries were dark, and I think it must be due to the old oil they use to cook them.
After landing in Miami we decided to try Wing Stop since it isn’t available in Montreal. Our dining experience was exceptional, all thanks to the attentive restaurant manager Rihanna. After we'd placed our orders the manager proactively approached our table to ensure our needs were met. She took the time to understand our restrictions and provided detailed information about our chosen dishes, even suggesting modifications to suit our dietary requirements. Her exceptional service left a lasting impression.
Literally asked for honey hot rub and made it clear more than twice and once I get my food and get home it’s buffalo ????????♂️ and I didn’t check the bag cuz I thought I was more than clear enough the first few times it’s a shame because this wing stop isn’t bad it’s just the lady that took my order has short term memory loss or something
If you need some good wings made fresh and available in nearly any flavor you could want, Wingstop is the place to go. Fast, fresh flavorful wings are what they do best here. Occasionally, the fries are hit or miss, but, the overall experience here has been good. If you're really hungry, or you have a crew to feed it may save you a some money to get hooked up with one of their sale items or value packs. Any time I need some good wings close to Miami Springs, Wingstop is my go to.
