First time ever getting WingStop because my daughter wanted some. So I ordered online. I asked for the wings for be well done, my wings were not well done. I got 1 drumstick when I selected the mix option, they forgot my side of veggies and to top it off, the fries were cold. ???? hoping for a better experience next time. Double check your orders at the store.
Try these three different sandwiches Atomic, mango habanero, and spicy Korean q. I would give it 4 and 1/2 stars. I do recommended
I stopped by there this afternoon, and ordered a 20 piece, bone-in 1/2 lemon pepper and half parmesan wings. I started eating and keep wonder wth...well there was a dash of pamesan cheese on some but overall there was absolutely NO seasoning! Not a hint of lemon pepper , salt, and whatever other seasonings you typically use. Thank goodness I had my own here at home !!
I asked for them to make my wings crispy and it came out not even fully cooked. Makes a huge difference. I threw my chicken out
Worst Wingstop I have ever been to.
I frequent wingstops since I enjoy both the way they make their chicken and their sauce options, so over the past few years, I have been to a lot of Wingstops.
This is the first time I have had a bad experience .
Ordering was a pain as the person taking my order was rude.
A single chicken sandwich took 30 minutes to make.
And they got my order wrong (Fries not seasoned).
Since Wingstops always have an open window to look into the kitchen, I took a look, and it honestly looked like they were playing around.
The other 1 star reviews seem to collaborate the issues with this location.
Sauces are not free. If you ask for any sauce you will be charged $4. I guess i expected atleast 1 sauce to come with my $18 meal.
Friendly and helpful service. Regardless of location, service seems a little on the slow side (although this spot seemed a tick faster than others). I guess the food preparation is not so straightforward and only cooked after orders are placed. Prices are decent.

Although I had been upset about disappointing fries in the past, I've gone back several times to various wingstops, and it's been excellent eversince!
