I had ordered for pickup. My fries was soggy and was very salty. I had order lemon pepper and Cajun and it was over seasoned. It was too salty to eat. Straw was out of stock. I’m giving 5 stars for custom service only.
I came into the restaurant and ordered 10 lemon pepper, bone in. I received my order in less than 5 minutes. Got home and could see the chicken was dry. It appears it was not a fresh batch but refried and I was given ALL drummets. This is the first time Ive gone into a Wingstop and received a bad batch. I don’t mind waiting long for a fresh batch, made to order, as your message states, while I waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone so I can complain. I hung up and decided to send a message instead. I only ate 4 pieces and tossed the rest in the trash. Do better Wingstop.
Had hair in my food. Called for a refund and they fought me. No customer service, and soggy fries- the worst!
This is $18.50 worth of food. It took them over 20 minutes to make it.
This is my favorite local Wingstop in Long Beach. They always get my orders right, always serve their food hot, and always taste good. Management definitely cares about their restaurant and your satisfaction
3.5 stars I went for the chicken sandwich. I got 2. 1 cajun. 1 lemon pepper. Not bad. However, WS would benefit from toasting the buns and adding some condiments (i.e., pickles, mayo). Sandwich was a little on the dry side even though I drenched it in ranch. Overall, not a bad sandwich. Filling for its size. Will have again. Sandwich is however subpar to its top competitor. If you know, then you know ????
I just paid $50 on wings and they all dry! Never again. We don't want you in business in Long Beach
My son is Developmentally Delayed and he went to pick up his lunch that I ordered for him online in my Name. Mind you this isn't the first time I've ordered for him online in my name and his Name.
I was on the phone with him while he asked the manager for the food in my name, she says she needs a confirmation number, well this is a first so I called her at the store.
My son told her I was calling to confirm 20 minutes later she still hadn't answered the phone. My son told me she just looked at the phone walked away.
Meantime she could have been missing customers questions by being selfish. 30 minutes later she gave him the food and said he should go somewhere else next time.
Wait,...What.... Really
The Manager was very selfish and insufficient..... SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED !!!!
