These people are unbelievably rude here. The wings were good and I really liked the Cajun corn. The fries were cold and limp. I paid $5 extra for drums only and still got flats. I won't be back because their attitudes sucked. There are wing places everywhere, you aren't the only game in town. Step up your professionalism or prepare to lose business.
Baby 12/22/24. I went into Wingstop and purchased a 10 piece wing and one of my wings was bit off. I can’t make this shit up one time I went into the same Wingstop and a man was digging his hands in the chicken with no gloves on putting it in another box I cannot make this shit up. I would never go to this nasty ass restaurant again I called them to tell them that it was a bit of wing in my box of chicken. They left me on hold, but if you live in the Macon area, do not ever eat at this restaurant because they are nasty. The icy don’t have no sugar or no covering on it flies getting in the ice tea they don’t never have nothing. They always running out of stuff at this place this place need to be shut down or re-managed This is very sickening and disheartening. I will be reaching out to corporate.for Further action
I almost broke a tooth with how dry these wings are. The wings are tiny. The fries are so over done it crumbles to dust when you eat them. I waited for 30 minutes on a day that wasn’t busy. The guy up front was polite.
Worst wings ever. Asked for well done and literally got a whole wing. No flavor and wasn’t fresh at all. It took them 5 minutes to give me anything. -2/10
When you go here, only get chicken strips or boneless chicken. Their bone in chicken is not that good. The fried Cajun corn is awesome. The fries are not good. I like my fries crispy and not sweet.
I placed my order online. Came to pick and had to wait for them to finish cooking to pick it up. I ordered a 30 pack “all flats”. Get home and got more drums than anything. Wings were not freshly cooked as you could taste the old oil and grease. Fries immediately cold. Have a son that wanted this as a request. Now he doesn’t even want to eat them. Disgusting no flavor at all. Been coming to Wingstop for a while but not any longer. You just lost me as a customer. I have pics and the online order to prove. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Ok we arrived and were told that it was a hour waiting time.
So we decided to wait.
Bet they didn't see that coming. Lols.
Ok so while we were waiting a lady and her 2 kids returned shortly after leaving.
Apparently wingstop employees forgot her fries.
She got them n I literally thought nothing of it.
After maybe 35-45 minutes we get our order and my friend checked it and it SEEMED Ok.
Got to our hotel and SURPRISE we really we have no fries.
Ok the trip going was 11 miles/15 minute drive ONE WAY.
Had to double back to get our fries which should have been with our order.
So what should have been a 1 time trip/22 miles/30 minutes(roundtrip) was now a 44 miles/1 hour trip(round trip) minute drive because of their forgetfulness.
Not to mention the wings were fried too hard despite being told told not to do so and looked like they were soaked in old grease.
As complementary we were offered an additional side of ranch dressing.????????

By the time we made it to our room we had to reheat everything
Oh n before I forget just after we left for the 2nd time another person had to come back n get THEIR fries.
Apparently it's an ongoing issue here.
Save urself the trouble and get ur meal anywhere else BUT HERE!
Ordered online. Ordered 2 dinners. 1st order: fries had NO seasoning & were slimy & greasy. Wings had NO seasoning, just 10 plain chicken nuggets w/ breading falling off (ordered 2 different flavors & boneless). 2nd order: veggie sticks were not included in bag. When I called about the veggie sticks, I was snapped at. BAD experience. For the price, it was NOT worth it.
