I’m sure if the health department came in, this place would be closed down immediately. Everything was so dirty. I wanted to walk out but it was the only thing opened when we got to town and settled in at the RV park. It smelled horrible when we walked in. No greetings and the guy who took our order looked as if his hair hadn’t been washed in awhile. The whole floor was greasy and slick. I don’t generally drink soda but the tea cover was collected in dust and figured it was past due on being changed. Dead flies along all the windows. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the soap dispenser was gone. Had to ask for soap and the lady seemed inconvenienced to get me a small cup of soap. There was also no paper towel dispenser or hand dryer so I used toilet paper to dab dry and to open the door. There was only one family sitting down eating and it still took 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. Definitely not coming back.
I ordered online to pickup later, still had to wait for my food. Doesn't matter the time they tell you when it will be ready. Cashier told me they had orders before mine. Funny thing I ordered my food at 11:05 am not to pickup til 12:00. Asked for lemon pepper flavor, the seasoning WAS VERY LITE. The appearance (cleanliness) the lobby REALLY NEED TO BE WORKED ON. Cashier didn't seem to care on the orders.
Only few ppl in the building, and I wonder y it was taking a while, but I have seen multiple tickets up. i didn't know you could call ahead and order. When I received my food, it was hot and fresh as it should be when waiting for good food, and everyone was friendly. Welcome me when I came in and told me to have a good day as I walk out. Friendly, and they care. Frys fresh, drinks cold like beer. I'm definitely going back. It's a wait, but we'll worth it. When u take that bite an see the steam coming out the wing????.
It took 30 min for the order of two combos. I didn't even finish the food, the sauce was pretty bad. The fountain drink tasted flat and off with syrup ratio and there was probably mold in the dispenser nozzles. Entire place was pretty gross and I don't know how they are passing food inspection. Hope we don't get sick on their road trip.
Service is trash we made a $60 plus order and we were missing food and chicken was burnt. Manager insisted on having food taken back when I ordered delivery unhelpful whatsoever! If I could put a -1 star I would rate it that never ordering from here ever again
I ordered wings and received one with feathers on it I called to speak with a manager and no one answred I called twice and waited on hold for 5 minutes each time
Literally the worst Wingstop experience in my entire life. I ordered a sandwich and the chicken came out raw and when I brought it up to the lady at the front, She said that that’s how it comes. I wasn’t aware that my local Wingstop was handing out Salmonella. When I asked if the sandwich can be remade she said no that that’s how it comes. I asked for a refund and she said that nobody has ever gotten a refund before because everybody is happy with the food. The only way I got my money back is when I asked her to take a bite of the sandwich and she refused. I guess she didn’t wanna get food poisoning. Whatever you do not go to Wingstop.
