First time ordering Wingstop. I ordered for delivery. They got my order mixed up with another delivery so I received complete wrong order. I called the store and the manager was understanding and apologized for the mixup. Offered to remake it but I had to pick it up. Not what I needed to be doing during a game and guests. I had no choice. What I was most disappointed was the taste of the wings/fries, very salty sauces or spice. It was so salty I couldn't enjoy eating it. Wingstop may want to look into the level of sodium their sauce has. I may not consider ordering again. Very disappointed.
Just made an order over the phone. The girl who answered kept laughing with co workers in the middle of my order and randomly putting me on hold, only to return without explanation and asking me to repeat my entire order. I’m a pretty easy going guy in my 20s it takes a lot to get me to write a review. This however was pretty ridiculous.
Great little spot. Expect about a 20 minute wait from the time you order to the time you receive your food. That's average. This location is very small with few tables. My daughter and I usually get it to go for this reason. About 15 dollars a person to start but can shoot way up with beer. Overall, my daughter and I love their wings. Enjoy.
Let me first say I don’t write reviews but felt compelled to do so and hopefully save others the inevitable horrible experience…
Probably the worst wings I’ve ever had.
Visited 9/12 and the place was packed (not sure why). Ordered a 6 piece extra crispy dry rub and a michelob ultra. Beer was skunky and manager reluctantly replaced it for a “not so skunky” one. Wings appeared to be extra crispy on one side with so much rub that made them super salty and inedible. Not to mention other side was rubbery and almost raw. I don’t bother asking for a replacement as I was already over it. Fries were good though ????
Seriously don’t waste your time or money!
I was pleasantly surprised, my boyfriend and I got there around 11:30 and even though it was late and almost closing time, my tenders and voodoo fries came out great! The wait was a bit much. But the only negative thing I have to say is they only give you one small ranch for 5 pieces of tenders.
Not only did they forget my ranch, give me soggy and brown veggie sticks, help the interrupting door dasher before anyone waiting in line, but they were also playing around with kitchen knives and waving them at each other. This location is literally nothing but teenage workers that come to work as a joke. Oh, and they were kind enough to leave the feathers on my wings.
There was no seasoning on 3 of my items. The manager told me there isn't supposed to be much seasoning on them when I called. He asked me to bring them back and show him, which I planned on doing anyway but he genuinely wanted to argue with me about how much seasoning should be on them. And it is not worth the hour it would take me to drive there, have them remade, and drive back. This was the second bad experience at this wingstop in the last few months. My husband and I decided to toss the flavorless wings and not return to this location.
The wings in my pic are supposed to be garlic parmesan and there is clearly no parmesan on them at all. They taste like the microwave chicken bites.
Wingstop always cooks high-quality wings, made to order chicken freshly cooked fries.
If you love buffalo wings, then you can always count on Wingstop when you're hungry.
