Drove miles to get here just for them to say they're not taking cash or Master Card, which is all I had. Can't believe such a big business can not take the most common methods of payment. What a waste of time.
Don't accept Cash and don't account MasterCard debit card??? This location needs to do better with accepting payment methods. I had plenty money on my card, kept getting declined over and over then after calling my bank and Wingstop 2nd found out this location doesnt accept MasterCard ????? Please fix so I can enjoy wing stop again
I love wings and this place delivered! The problem I find is that sometimes the wingette's skin is still too fatty while the drummette is dry. Here the wings were nicely crispy and not fatty. The sauce cajun was good, but the lemon sauce really impressed me. Next time I will try different sauces but the fries, I will get them regular and without the cheese and sauces, it was a bit overwhelming. The staff is very nice
Used to be good in the past but not since the new staff. Service is horrendous, and orders are often incorrect. Don't bother putting well done on your fries they are always cold and soggy.
Order 3 meals asked for the the chicken to be well done and it wasn’t. The chicken was light in color and lacking flavor. The chicken had minimal seasoning no matter what flavor was chosen. The order was placed online and stated it would be ready for pick up at a curtain time but once there we still waited additional 20 minutes. I feel like this was a waste of money
Wings were great! Freshly made... for now, they are only taking Visa payment due to fraudulent issues with Mastercard, just an FYI...
Some Wingstop Guru made the decision to implement A. I. artificial intelligence, which IS most likely monitored in the Philippines. This A.I. didn't quite get it right. Go figure ???? this WINGSTOP GURU also decided to stop accepting cash, so kids now have to walk around with their AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS. REALLY GET A CLUE MANY PEOPLE USE CASH AND DONT HAVE ACCESS TO CARD PAYMENTS OR CHOOSE NOT TO DO SO DUE TO THE RISK OF IDENTITY THEFT. GURU GET A CLUE A.I. SHOULD STAND FOR AUTOMATED IDIOT.
Everyone was super nice, welcoming and the food was delicious Melani and the whole staff where on top of everything,even helping me decide what flavors to pick. I will totally be coming back..
