Best WLM Reviews
I have never seen such rude people in my life. Ignore you. Ask you to help you and then forget about you. I understand you’re busy but gosh how many more employees do I need? Girls roll their eyes at you if you keep asking after 30 min of waiting this is what I got! Horrible I have gone to wing stop but this is horrible barely see the seasonings and the other has none! I’m rolling my eyes back at you all the money we spend her just for two people and we this!
Worth the delivery wait! I originally placed an order through the Wingstop website then got confirmation that the driver was on the way. The driver was in the same spot for about an hour. I was pretty upset and called the store to see what could be done. They ended up resending the order out again instead of refunding. Shortly after the original driver showed up 2 hours late and had a sorry excuse. The food was clearly tampered with and I was missing a tender. I didn’t bother to eat it and threw it away. This wasn’t a problem that the store made and I’m so thankful the next driver came in clutch! Food was great!
Ordered sauced wings. Got wings no flavor tasting like cardboard. Callled to have my order remade and was greeted with a very rude manager Check your food before you leave. They blame it on the customer here.
Carla was at the register by herself. She did amazing the store was full, but yet managed to keep a smile on her face. If you go in, I recommend you ask for Carla to take your order she will hook you up. Make sure you’re straight and take care of you. Thanks Carla for the good service.
Very rude cashier with glasses and a braid. She firmly told me that they didn’t have my takeout order without making sure first. Once she actually tried to find my order because i knew i was at the correct location, she found it. Asked her for ketchup to go, lies to my face and says she put it in the bag (she didn’t.) When i proceeded to fill up my cup at the soda machine she extends her arm in front of my face to fill up hers.
Wingstop, do better.

I had a credit for 3 fries, and asked for more seasoning upon arrival, I think the workers either aren't doing their job right or being chistey with their seasoning.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
I drove all the way there and gave me a BIG bag and seemed they put all my order inside and when I got home from 25 wings and a sandwich I ordered they gave me just 9 wings and all the dips. FOR REAL??????? I think the personal are incompetent, disorganized and don’t know how to count! That big bag for 9 wings of my entire order, plus I ordered corn and a sandwich and nothing!
NEVER AGAIN.
Such a bad experience, waiting time was so long. Didn't have fountain drinks, I asked for a refund because I didn't pay for water down lemonade or hot sweet tea. Top it off while getting to our room, we see they only gave us 15 wings when we paid a 24 pc. I was so disappointed in this Wingstop! So yeah people check before you leave the restaurant.
