Wingstop is always my go to place for wings. So long as I order ahead of time I can typically grab and go. The food is always great and I usually order the hot honey and veggie sticks. Ms. Marisol is always a joy to greet at the front desk and she is was brings frivolity into the atmosphere. I feel like this review is long over due but I'm grateful for the service today.
We ordered a 20 piece and received 14. I called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes when the girl that received the phone call came back to the line. I asked her name and she said it was against policy to give me her name. I began to ask for a manager and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes. We had to drive back to get the rest on our food. Do better Wing Stop!!!
The front staff seemed like it was a bother that they had customers. Don’t work there if it’s suck an inconvenience to do your job that you were hired to do.
I placed an online order that was 18 min late on the ETA. No big deal, it happens. However, if I’m waiting longer than normal I’d expect the food to be good. It was not. Fries were cold, and so was one of the combos ordered. I only had two orders. I should have checked the food before I left but I didn’t. I didn’t notice until I was on the highway, about 3 min into my drive home from the restaurant, that I touched the cold fries. Clearly, they don’t know how to properly time and or cook food. The staff need to be trained properly on front staff etiquette and on food preparation. Last time I go to this establishment.
I ordered food online in the morning for pick up at 5:30pm. When I got to the restaurant my food wasn’t ready and was told it would be another 15 minutes. In the meantime, more people were coming in and being told their order would be another 15 minutes. Delivery people were getting their orders. Half an hour later my food wasn’t ready and was told another 15 minutes! What’s the point in ordering ahead if your food won’t be ready. And then the manager on duty refused to talk to upset customers.

We ordered a 30 piece (classic) meal with a 5 piece (boneless) wings, fries & veggies. Our food was hot, fresh & delicious! Marcus prepared our food EXACTLY like we ordered it & was still able to help out the cashier when the register wasn’t cooperating. Thank y’all for a very enjoyable dinner. Keep up the GREAT teamwork!!
Maybe it’s this location, but the service was trash. I see they hire just anybody. Staff on their phones, no gloves used, no attentiveness to your order, ATTITUDE when asking for the simplest of things. Gross experience. I’d probably dine in/order food at another WingStop, because you will roll the dice here and get what you get customer service wise.
I will not recommend you coming to this Wingstop. They take for ever to get your meal ready. In my opinion there are better places. And they even make you check your meal to see if you have everything you It’s like they know. I spend 1 hour waiting.
