Geraldine was GREAT! She was very friendly and welcoming. Customer service at its best!! I saw her interacting with other customers too. The ladies here were great too. I didn't see any males so if there was my apologies. The food was delicious!!! It was HOT just like I love my food!!! I appreciate the attention put into the food!!! THANK YOU TO THE CREW!!!!! You will never get your food on time. 16-21 minutes will never happen. Doesn't matter the day of the week. This location always takes 45 minutes to an hour+ to have your order ready. It's absolutely ridiculous! And make sure you check it. You're most likely missing something.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This guy completely ignored me when I asked is anyone working the register. They was heehee hawwinnggg but no one at the front. There was about 15 people waiting for food and one guy had been waiting over 30 mins. Never again .
I don’t know what’s up with this location but they are always behind and seems like there is never a management or leader onsite and just put whoever at the register to apologize for the food taking so long. By rule of thumb whenever ordering wings I know they take a while to cook so even tho my online order says ready in 15-20 minutes I still give an extra 10-15 before I actually walk in to pick up. The issue is when finally going in and being told “oh give us another 10 minutes”…..like what?? What are yall doing that yall are mishandling orders.? This happens at non peak times where I’ve walked in and not a soul sitting inside eating.
We made two separate orders at the same time....my wife waited for her order for 40 min!!
We had other plans and didn't have time to wait any longer so we had to cancel her order and the rest of us took ours home.
Also, there are no trash cans!
Had to walk next door to Popeyes to throw my cup away that I accidentally poked a hole in with my straw.
Had an awesome experience at Wing Stop! The service was top-notch, with a friendly and welcoming staff. Opted for the 15-wing meal with original hot and garlic parmesan flavors – both were a flavor explosion. The extra sauces on the side were a nice touch, and the seasoned fries complemented the wings perfectly. No complaints here; every item was fresh and tasty. This spot easily earns my 5 stars. It’s a hit every time, but I guess food days can be unpredictable elsewhere.

It's HOT in this location. Could not enjoy a meal because the lobby is so hot. They were attending to pick orders first rather than walk ins. I can't get over how hot it is in here, and it's been now 10 mins and counting for the wait time.
