Best WLM Reviews
The service was good, they are hard-working. However, the place is terrible. There is no air conditioning/ventilation. It has a bad smell and is very hot. About the food, it is average, very oily in general. My fries were soggy.
I had honey hot tenders, fries, and drink. The tenders tasted Ok, but had a very unpleasant smell. Fries were greasy. No napkins, I was using paper from a bathroom roll. Ketchup in individual packets. Weird, skinny straws. The kicker was no trash cans....anywhere?
There’s an older redishhead/blonde lady, today she was working the pickup orders, but I sent my partner to check if our online order was ready considering they were pretty busy while I sat on the bench, I observed this lady attend all lighter complexion customers first even if they came in after my partner after about almost 10 minutes of standing there and attending everyone else she slides him the DoorDash clipboard and attends a different customer, don’t work somewhere if you cant attend your customers equally!!! Shoutout to young man at the front who noticed my frustration after I went up front and helped out!!!!
We ordered the 20 piece meal deal. Worst meal ever. There was more breading than chicken. Where's the chicken?? I wanted to treat my boyfriend to the wings and boy were we disappointed.
I understand that the team can be very busy, but it's important to maintain good customer service. Greeting customers with a smile and showing a willingness to work can make a big difference.Communication with each guest is key, even if it means repeating yourself. It's your job to deliver exceptional service, and that includes keeping customers informed. For instance, after charging me, the server walked away to refill ice without explaining the delay, which left me wondering where my order was. It took 45 minutes for my order to be ready. A simple "It will be about 10 or 15 minutes more, thank you for your patience" would go a long way.Everyone has off days, but while on the clock, it's important to remember that customers are paying for your service. Please do your job as you were hired to do.I also noticed that the team could work more efficiently together. The lady filling the sweet tea could have refilled the ice while orders were being taken, and she could have helped with the line instead of waiting. Additionally, the meat handler took his time washing his hands multiple times within my first 10 minutes in the store. It seems the team might benefit from stronger leadership or some adjustments to improve efficiency and service. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope it helps in enhancing the overall customer experience at your restaurant. Additionally, some of the wings were only mildly warm. After waiting 45 minutes, the food should have been piping hot. The portion of Voodoo fries was minimal, with the paper on the bottom still visible.
I waited over 45 minutes for one small combo. The DoorDash & call in orders were helped immediately while people dining in or ordering in store waited.
We ordered online and were given a 20 minute wait time. Go to pick up my order and was told their system malfunctioned on the time and that it’d be another 20 minutes. Lots of angry people waiting around ahoukd have clued me in that this was not going to be a good experience. Got there at 1030 pm and didn’t get out of there until 1117pm. Asked for a refund but couldn’t even get that timely. I get malfunctions happen but be honest with people so they can decide if they want to wait. Food came out finally before manager showed up to do the refund so went ahead and took it. Got home and part of the order was missing. You won’t catch me in a Wingstoo again. Food wasn’t even good.
Stay clear away from this wing stop. It would be a great place if they got ALL new workers in there that really care about their customers. We have been here on several w and there was only 1 time that we had a great experience. The ppl that make the wings are lazy and leave the grease so our bags look like they was dipped in the grease. They tend to add extra salt if you make a complaint. One time my daughter went to get wings and they all got sick and when she called to talk to the manager she treated my daughter like Sh@t and said they can remake her order and for her to go in the next day or within the next few days and so my daughter went in there today and the lady told my daughter she WILL NOT make a reorder on a weekend and if she wanted the reorder she would have to take just wings without her fries and without any sauces. When my daughter got her remake the bag was Full of grease also. They need to get rid of the management at this location asap
