I have been to this location many times (it’s the closest to me, unfortunately) and EVERY time my order is wrong. Every single time! And I don’t have a big order. How do you mess up a 6 piece?! This particular time upset me them “fixing” my order is just sprinkling the hot honey rub on one side of the wings. Not all over. I hate that this one is the closest!
I was about 5 minutes away and decided to call in and order. Over the phone the lady said to give her 20-25 minutes. Waited 20 minutes outside and then went inside to check in and got told that now they will begin to start making the order. When asked why that wasn’t communicated over the phone so I wouldn’t have to wait out there for no reason, the lady said “well this late at night we wait until you are here and pay for it because people don’t show up”.
The over all experience is good
The food took a little while to come out even though we ordered 10 minutes in advance, but it wasn't horribly long. Now he lady at the counter was a slightly rude, but I couldn't really tell if she was trying to be.
The food on the other hand was great, and set a great standard for my first time eating wings.
Over all not a horrible experience, and was pretty great.
Ordered garlic parmazan wings. Got wings and only fried wings. No seasoning. Took back to counter and all they did was scantly sprinkled parmazan on them. The girl at the counter spoke to fast to understand. Also looked down when she was speaking. Didn't ask if we wanted dipping sauce with our order so we had to go back to the counter to pay for some.
We are not going back here. Customer service is okay. The food was okay, fries burnt and the place was not clean. We saw the used lemon spread out the soda area. I would suggest staying away from this place if you need good food and ambience.
Workers left phone off the hook so it kept saying line was busy…i go in store and workers proceed to tell me i cant get all flats even tho the menu clearly states i can…worker at counter basically refused my service becuase she didnt feel like working i will never eat wingstop again every store in Tyler is horrible and they hire the laziest workers on earth
Great food! Cooked fast and tasted amazing! Restaurant staff was friendly.
I really enjoy wings so this Wing stop has already on my rotation of “To-Go” places.
I ordered their garlic wings meal for family of two with extra ranch. My order was fulfilled in a timely manner and when I came home with this order, I surprised Mama that we have Garlic wings for lunch. We enjoyed this wings greatly!
I usually order the traditional buffalo wings or garlic wings to mix it up.
