First the app didn’t allow me to place my order online so I went in to place the order in person and they took 30 mins for food to be handed to me. Once I check the food they haven’t included my ranch dressing and i let them know. I come home and when we are about to eat we realize our boneless wings and tenders hardly have any sauce. I guess it wasn’t a good day for them, but I won’t be coming back to this location.
Finally you hired someone nice! I came here last night around 8:15 and the lady with the blonde pixie cut hair was so sweet. She was attentive and helpful to every customer and she even apologized for the wait. This is a huge contrast in comparison to the others employees at this location who are always dry, rude and ignore people. Keep this lady. Give her a raise or a bonus or something. I forgot to get her name but she was working the counter at 8:15pm on 10/19. She’s awesome.
2024 we’re not doing this!!! Here we go wit the overcooked food that they cook in a bundle and leave sitting! Nobody wants food sitting in grease 3-4 times!!! Horrible! Ain’t it some type of health inspection violations!! Once food is cooked and at room temperature why are placing the food back in grease!!! Great way to get the community sick guys!!
UPDATE: added new pic!! I GOT FRESH FRIES!! Yahhhh!! So very thankful!! Appreciate when the cashier communicates with the cook!! BEST FRIES ON THE MARKET!!
“These are fresh fries” absolutely NOT! Poor service, food never fresh, it’s like for these prices just go have you a quality meal at a restaurant rather than to be disappointed. Too many times I’ve came in and even other customers are complaining about bad service and cold food. We have to stop patronizing businesses who don’t appreciate our money.
Dry & no seasoning
Pretty disappointing visit, ordered four varieties lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, mango habanero and plain. The wings were lightly seasoned, barely a toss in any seasoning and dry. When I inquired (Jon) worker said that management has changed process and quantity of seasoning product being used because of worker waste. So, customers get dry season less product; try your luck at another location or ask for additional sauce upfront.
I can’t recommend this location, S N hwy 6 and West Little York better. I was offered more seasoning on the side on my next order and a brownie.
Very rude people who take forever to answer the phone. My mom went to this location and got her in a bad mood. Everyone was playing on their cell phones and rolling their eyes when my mom asked for help. My mom also said that she did not want any dip with her order and they just argued with her anyway. Apparently the word "no" is foreign to these people. While I do love Wingstop, my family and I have vowed to not come to this location again.
I came here last night around 9:18 I even came early so my food wouldn’t be cold , I get that yall were filtering and I guess had a long day but no one chooses yall job for you , YOU DO!! So if u don’t like your job then quit because I sure as hell did when I worked for wingstop, my food was really cold and just tasted old , I got my food and noticed my fries were soggy and cold so I went back politely and asked for fresh fries and I know he didn’t get them because less then 10 seconds he gave me some new ones that were still cold but ATLEAST they weren’t burnt like the other ones , the chicken was hard and very overcooked and trust me I know when chicken been sitting and I know how long it takes to cook everything , like I said I worked for wingstop for over 6 years , this location is trash , I will dispute my transaction for this order because I know damn well they won’t refund me for this food because by the attitudes of every worker here I highly doubt it , and no I didn’t wanna go back to the same workers that didn’t care the first time to fix my order . Goto any other location.
The young lady who gave me my food order for pickup was extremely rude. I paid for 3 ranches and there were none in the bag when I got home to eat. A bit disappointed with Wingstop service/employment tonight. Highway 6/west road location on a Wednesday night (6:14pm pickup); no bueno.
I stopped for some wings during my lunch break with my work crew . I must say, I was impressed by this location. My food was super hot and delicious . I loved the fact that my wings were big in size and my fries seasoned correctly. I was surprised to find how clean the lobby and drink station appeared to be. I even remember the chairs, tables and floor being super clean, which is not the case for most Wingstop Locations. Most chairs at wing stop locations are covered in greasy smudge black dirt marks , sticky floor and dirty tables. When that is the case, I take my food to go !!! Mr. Davila, I believe the manager at that location, took care of me and my crew and he made a super good impression on me. We even chatted for couple of minutes and exchanged a good conversation . I want recommend this specific location to anyone around the area. I will definitely stop by again .. Great customer service, clean environment, and hot food, what more can you ask for !
