Best WLM Reviews
It's OK, food is basic , except if you like one of the new flavors
Tried the original spicy , BBQ and Parmigiano cheese
Staff are friendly, but it was super busy so they were slow
Bathroom was dirtiest thing I have ever seen in yrs
Customer service?? Nowhere to be seen. A bunch of teenagers working (I commend you for working though). We stood for a few before we were told that they were taking online orders only. I don't work there but had to tell a couple of customers this information.
On top of that, the food was underwhelming. Best thing was the soda.
I ordered a combo of 10 boneless wing and 2 sandwiches. Usually, they give ranch and and option for fries or corn. I picked corn. Once I checked the bag, there was no corn or ranch in sight. Bad service, do better next time.
I went to Wingstop with pretty low expectations, but it actually tasted better than I anticipated. The sauces are definitely the highlight—lots of flavor and a good variety to choose from. That said, the chicken quality itself was mediocre. It wasn’t bad like I thought, but it didn’t really stand out either. French fries have skin on and mines were dry. Overall, I’d give it a 3.5/5. I’ll come back next time, when quality gets better, to try again because the flavors are nice! The team here looks like they’ve been through a lot of stuff and it looks like it based on other reviews. Management needs to step up their game.
I ordered from this location on Uber eats. My driver went to pick my order up and said they were taking forever with my order. I ordered at 10:50 and my food didn’t arrive until an hour later, which was obviously not a problem with my driver. When the food arrived, my fries were soggy and cold, it looked like they just drizzled some sauce on my chicken and called it a day. They didn’t even toss the chicken in the sauce to fully coat it. Moreover, I ordered the hot honey chicken but it literally just tasted like the chicken was drenched in butter, so I couldn’t even eat it. Everything was basically cold and the quality of my food was underwhelming. Won’t be going here ever again.
My daughter ordered a 20 piece and fries. When the order arrived she received a 6 piece. Fortunately we don’t live far. When we arrive it was not busy. There was no apology for the inconvenience. This place needs to be organized better. I will not recommend!!!
It's not the worst wingstop I've been to. Service is okay. The soda machine is very hard to use, and the touch screen is barely operational. It's been a couple of times, and the floors are always slippery, so make sure to wear slip resistant shoes. Wings aren't bad, but they aren't amazing. I don't know if I'd go out of my way to recommend this particular wingstop, but if I'm in the craving for it, they do an okay job.
I will never order from Wingstop again. There are no live people to talk to for ordering. The AI system loops you through to yet another voice recorded AI person.
Automation sucks. It’s not like speaking to an actual human being. It places a barrier between the customer and money for your company. I’ll spend my money with actual live people in the future.
