I ordered two combos of 10 wings and they gave me 6 each. The fries were also cold. The Cajun seasoning was hardly noticeable. I called the store and the person who answered was quite rude. Will not go here again… I advise others to avoid. It also has a smell to it?
UPDATE:
I did get a call from the manager who apologized for the mistake and gave me a new order. I will keep my rating as is as that’s my initial experience. I still will not return as they still need improvement. Heard them making more mistakes with other orders as I was waiting for the fixed order.
was greeted when I entered the store and as I ordered the cashier even made some great suggestions in which I did make an adjustment in my order which turned out great. I really appreciated just how clean the store was, especially the restroom. thank you for your attention to your customers which is lacking in most businesses today.
The general manager is very unprofessional and her attitude is awful. I ordered online for delivery and my fries looked like this. She never apologized for this service, she accused me of eating the fries, and she never refunded me for this order. I will never come back to this location. Her behavior is disgusting and she isn’t fit to be a general manager.
Staff was super friendly especially the young man with the tattooed neck. I ordered last minute and once I came to pick up the order they made sure I was taken care of and made sure my order was correct with the amount of drinks. My order was correct and everyone was happy with everything we ordered. Will definitely be back.
Maya and the manager Anita was so sweet helping me with my order, there was something missing and she got it taken care of right away and then there was an extra cheese fries and she told me to keep it! I never want to make a big deal if my order is wrong but she was so helpful and kind. In the end I always get my Wingstop and that makes me happy!
Oh my goodness gracious. My kids and I love Wingstop however this location is just terrible! My kid wanted the hot honey wings and instead got the original hot sauce! When we asked for a swap, the staff was so rude and rolled their eyes while they got us a new meal. Not to mention the fact that it took 20 minutes for our meal to come out!!! Safe to say I will not be coming back to this location.
Ordered my food online. Arrived at the store for pick up and found that my order was given to someone else. The employees gas lit me and made it seem like it was my fault that they do not double check people picking up food. Not only did they give my order to another person and gas lit me, they would not re make the order. Terrible customer service and I have Never been treated this away at a restaurant. If this location tries to remove this honest review I will leave it again and I am 100% Contacting corporate.
Placed an order online and my order was canceled with no explanation and I was told they never received the order. I proceeded to place an order and waited. 20 minutes for a 10 piece combo. After receiving my combo, I noticed that my fries were about a quarter filled up in the tray. After asking for someone to Contact I was told that there was no number or card or email for any manager or general manager. I find it hard to believe that an establishment would be open with no contact to any manager available. I would like to speak to someone about my experience and I hope for the future that there would be some form of contact where it wouldn’t require a person to leave a review.
