Tried the chicken sandwich for the 1st time. Chicken was juicy and delicious! Got the combo meal and it’s only $8.99! Can’t go wrong with hand-cut fries either. Great portion sizes and plan to get it again.
Order number: 4176971347. I literally just ordered my food (20 piece meal deal online) and they didn't give me my wings, just a double portion of veggies. I have work and I can't go back to the store today. Incredibly disappointed
I am pregnant and have been wanting to try this place forever! I kept hesitating as I read many bad reviews, but I could not wait any longer my craving needed to be satisfied. Came for lunch yesterday around 1 and decided to dine in so my food is nice and hot. I got the tenders and the Voodoo fries. Holy moly!! Incredible!! The tenders were cooked to perfection and crunchy on the outside soft on the inside, the fries were the best fries I’ve ever had. My fiancé got lemon pepper seasoning on his fries and it was so good. It was a small staff of 3 and it was not too busy but they were very friendly and brought the food to our table. I would highly recommend ordering inside instead of take out since many people don’t have the best experience. That way your food is nice and hot and you can make sure your order is right. I would definitely come again and highly suggest people come and try this place 100%better than Buffalo Wild Wings that’s for sure.
It was quiet. There were several to go orders while we were there. When we came in, there were two other customers that left before we were served. It was a sports vibe with two tvs playing different types of games. Most of all, the food was amazing. It was nice to relax and enjoy some family time on my birthday.so
Lost a loyal customer today! The mild bone in wings didn't have any seasoning on the sauce! Just plain wings. I usually get my fries with extra cooking time but the last 2 times they messed up the fries.
Cajun fry corn didn't have any seasoning at all when I ask for light seasoning! We have been to this location more than 10 times but not anymore after today!
Sadly, the food was horrible. We couldn't even finish it. The boneless wings were barely sauced and had a very weird rubbbery texture. Fries were soggy and soaked with grease. Won't be returning to this location again.
You have a 25% chance of getting really great wings. Most of the time they are either too dry, or not well prepared. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE! Someone hacked it, and tried to get into my account 76 times in a matter of a few minutes yesterday.
The order was ready on time, but the wings barely had any sauce. They were definitely rushed through the process due to the employees being hammered with orders and not having enough help. However, this is not the first time the food has come out to a lesser standard than other Wingstop locations I've been to. This location is very hit or miss with how much sauce you get or if the wings are fully covered. I've been to this location about 8 times, and 3 times the wings were fully covered.
I will say that the people working are always doing their jobs, and always on task while I've been there, I genuinely just think they need more help to upkeep the standard they are capable of. The employees always provide polite and prompt service.
I understand pandemic workforce issues is commonplace, but national franchises shouldn't lack the budget to give their employees enough teammates to function properly. I will continue to visit this location because the food has never been bad, it just infrequently meets the Wingstop standard of excellence I've grown used to in prior years.
