Floors are greasy. Stood at the counter. No one assisted me with my online order pickup. Guy in the back told the person in front of me, "they only have 3 staff members at work!" Luckily I didn't have to wait too long. Time to start hiring. The food was good though!
Everything was just horrible. First I arrived and there’s five other customers waiting for their orders. The person putting the orders on the shelf wasn’t calling anyone’s orders out. I asked the employee if my order was ready, she said no. 25 minutes goes by and I asked again, she said yes. She hands me an order that I clearly saw her sit on the shelf right after she told me my food wasn’t ready. Food was extremely cold didn’t offer to remake it or anything. While I’m talking to her I see Two - three roaches crawling around on the counter and on the shelf where they are putting the orders. I ask for a refund she told me she’s not able to do soo. Please be careful of places like this because I almost ordered for delivery but something told me to do pickup instead. Never again!
Food is good. Service is excellent. They are very courteous and friendly. However, the store can be maintained better. It’s not clean most of the time.
This location is doing a lot better with controlling the flow of customer traffic inside the store and dining area. I've verified on several occasions how well management has addressed those problems. Great job!
Very busy location so be prepared to wait. I ordered ahead and still waited about 20 minutes. Also they had a big water spill in the hall to the bathroom the wet sign was out , but there was no way around it I almost fell and busted my butt. The food was great though no complaints! ????
My first time eating here. I enjoyed my food and my wife just loved her's. Will definitely be back again.
Delivery pickup Waited over 10 minutes before someone even came up to the counter. No greeting, nothing. At least 3 employees could see me standing there. I unassigned the order and walked out. Definitely taking this off restaurants I will be buying anything from.
4 employees in the restaurant. The restaurant had two customers in the entire place. I go to place an order for a 3 piece tender and some boneless wings. The man at the register let me know that due to them “ being down a manager” all order were taking 35 mins.
4 employees and no equipment down. They were just “down one manager.” ???????????? It takes 7 minutes to fry a chicken tender. Then boys are struggling.
