Really horrible service. Rarely answer the phone, are rude when they do. I ordered to the wrong location and called immediately to cancel my order. Didn't pick up my first 5 phone calls, then when I finally got through just replied "well we already made it" and hung up on me. Called again to talk to a manager, manager not on site. Called back one more time the same day and they said they would issue a refund.
I was sitting at another wing stop at the time and they said they could issue a refund, they do it all the time.

If they care this little about their service I can't imagine how much care they put into their food.
Placed an order through door dash and they forgot my fries! How you forget the only side that come with the combo! No ice in my drink. I’m sick of places like this playing with people money! They need to stop hiring them lil kids that can’t comprehend! That’s why I don’t vouch for fast food restaurants like this when they complain about how much they get paid! Why you want more when you don’t do your job! I made door dash refund me ALL my money and they did! Never ordering from this place again!
Make sure you check your order because they don't. I'm missing 6 wings, a batch of large fries and seasoning on the fries they gave me. You try to call and get a robot to send you to their phone, which tells you no one can pick up the phone "call back".
If they weren't so far this would be a return for all my money. Just stopped here because they had a good rating and were on the way home. Definitely not acceptable service for a $40 order.
Too many employees to NOT have the fountain drinks working. Adrian was very rude...too busy trying to get the new employee to work with him. A young man with glasses and twist was also rude. He needed a hairnet, I could see the flakes of dandruff on the top of his head. He just wanted to take our order to have private conversation with the lady on the cane. It's obvious NO ONE had training in this store. So many employees not enough being done.
They were throwing a birthday in the middle of the lunch rush, causing several of our orders to be delayed. Incredibly unwise, not considering that a lot of customers have a limited time to eat lunch. Will look to let corporate know about this inconvenience
Josh at the front counter & the other employees were so incredibly nice to my husband & I when dining in. You can make a persons day just by taking their order & they definitely did! The staff here were not only very helpful & kind, but they kept the place super clean. The bathrooms, counters, table tops & entire store seemed very cared for. The food was great but the people were better! Keep these employees, they are super hard workers❤️
I really like coming to wingstop and usually have good customer service at this place but some reason today on Sep 27 when I tried to place an order through the phone every time I would try to call it said it was busy and when I finally get here to place it in person they tell me they stop taking orders 30 min before closing ? So why even close at 12 if that was the case but last time I came around the same time they could do it I just think it was the staff this night clearly not wanting to do anything anymore and just get out sooner. I was really unsatisfied.
I had ordered spicy lemon pepper wings through phone because I wanted to let them know I wanted the wings mixed rather than just some hot and some lemon pepper. It wasn’t an actual human being answering, it’s a pretty cool feature that responds to what you answer. However, when I checked the wings, they were only lemon pepper. I went back to that location in which I think it was the manager or a lady that not only gave me an order of hot & lemon pepper wings but some fries to go with that. It made my day so much better as I was already very hungry and whole reason I even went back to get the correct order. I got to enjoy some fries with my wings and I really appreciated that.
