I seen the bad reviews and I was hesitant to order but my stomach said otherwise. Went it and I got pretty good customer service and the food was done within 15 min. I was also kinda empty when I went but either way the food was pretty good. The fries were crunchy not soggy and the wings were crispy but juicy. Loved the mango habanero. My son suggested we try Wingstop today. Not a fan of wings but I told him I would drive him and it would be a good respite from his weekly Friday pizza. The place was not bad, clean and just a bit impersonal not loud and full of tv monitores like another wing place my son likes. The food was a bit pricey- $19 for his wings, fries a drink and a brownie. The brownie bybthe esy was a square, about 2 inches for $2.99. I feel the meal was over priced but my son enjoyed it. This is a place he would like to go visit more often.
The Mango Habenero wings are THE ABSOLUTE BOMB! They are my daughters favorite! Personally, I love the lemon pepper wings. Online ordering makes the whole experience faster but it's not a long wait if you just walk in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ????
My wife and I started liking wingstop better than buffalo!! Wingstop wings are nice and soft, when asked for extra sauce they actually put extra sauce. Regular fries are delicious. My wife loves the buffalo ranch fries. A bit of a wait so just order online so they can be ready when you arrive.
There was a wait time of over 45 minutes for our food. Multiple orders were sent out before we received ours. Food was lightly seasoned and dry.
They are understaffed. The front counter and cooks look like they are going as fast as possible and are multitasking but they can't go fast enough for the demand. It took 50 minutes to get 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders. They need more people and deserve raises. Bad management.
Takes too long to order at the register, sometimes a 30 minute wait. I'd give it 5 stars if the wait time was 20% shorter. I'm just gonna order online or through the app, not worth the stop if you're craving a snack.
My potatoes are hard and burnt, that's why I give it 3 stars, but the service is good.
