Working as Doordash: To my surprise the morning crew had everything spotless. As I entered the restaurant I was treated with respect not sure if the tall guy in the morning is the manager but he deserves this place to manage been in management for ten years in a pharmacy and yes I'm very impressed in how he treated me as I entered no discrimination. Everyone is usually treated awful by the kids working at night. This review is ONLY for this day 12-08-2024 with the employees in the morning. The other times working as a doordasher I been disrespected.
Placed my order online at 7:35. Said that food would be ready between 8:02-8:07pm yet upon arrival there was still a 25 minute wait. Not only was there a way but none of the condiments were given like they were supposed to. Paid extra for seasonings and sauces that weren’t included. Let’s not fail to mention that people are working with ski mask on!!! Like be Forreal. There was also an employees child sitting in the lobby while the employee was working which is understandable in certain circumstances but put them in the back somewhere. Just terrible all the way around. Quality of food was trash and i will never waste my time at this location again.
I did not enjoy my visit to this location. I only visited because it was close to my place of employment, and I had an offer for food. I was not greeted when I entered the store and had to wait approximately 10 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. Once I received my food, I had to ask for the cup that was purchased with my order. While the food was warm the wings were swimming in oil which made them hard to eat. This was my second visit to this location with the same type of service. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this location.
35 minute wait for fried chicken at 1230 pm peak lunch time. But if you go online it says less busier than usual. Never had wing stop nor will I ever have it after that
My daughter loves Wingstop. It’s OK in my opinion but yeah if you like it you like it and if you don’t you don’t I guess you have to try it. The fries are nasty and the chicken sandwiches are dry.
HORRIBLE! Always forgetting items! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Don’t order thru DoorDash, THEY DON’T CARE HERE!!!!!!!
Literally first time eating from this place. Completly raw fries, cold chicken (all) forgot multiple sauces, waited for over an hour to even get the food.
100% will he contacting corporate because this is unacceptable.
$60 on food and all is cold or completly uncooked.
If you want free food go here. They give away food without checking if people actually have valid orders to pick up. They’re rude and unprofessional. They don’t take orders at the counter anymore so all they do is online orders so you can just walk in and say you’re picking up for DoorDash. Today they told me they JUST gave my food to the man I passed as I walked in. As if I was supposed to run after him.
If they aren’t giving away free food, they’re marking food ready for pickup when it isn’t, forcing you to wait an additional 25 minutes when they decide to make it. That or they make the food wrong OR they give you someone else’s order. This is the worst location and I won’t be back. Not worth the time, money and they need to shut down and rehire because the food is too expensive to get the trash service.
