Best WLM Reviews
This is the worst Wingstop ever. This is supposed to be garlic parm, 8 pieces. Casselberry Wingstop is much better. Can’t believe I paid $20.00 for 6 tiny wings. The wing is the width of my finger are you serious smh
I haven't had wing stop in a while but I was craving it today and boy oh boy am I glad I went! I was kinda skeptic since I thought my location was closer to apopka however when I ordered online it gave me the Altamonte location.
I ordered 10 wings 5 lemon pepper and 5 garlic Parmesan along with fries and the Cajun corn add the Parmesan. It was super fresh and ready to go when I arrived I double check before I left since I didn't want to drive home with a messed up order. Everything was perfect!
The staff was very friendly no complaints. And establishment was clean and had customers in there eating which is nice to see.
The first time I went to this location I was kinda sorta on the fence about ordering. The floor was sticky from front to back and the bathroom was kinda nasty. But the person taking my order was cool and professional at the time back in July 2024, food was good. The second time, I was like hmmmm. Floor still sticky, different people, bathroom looked worse. Got my food and left, food was good again. September 2024.
This time I went, November 2024. The floor was so sticky my son, his shoes were literally coming off and sticking to the floor and they were laced and tied. The front window was broken at the bottom, I didn't even want to see what the bathroom looked like. The food was OK, kinda half assed, but above standard for fast food. However the kitchen was a hot mess, the staff was talking negatively about people who ordered food then left, sloppy overall.
I worked in the food industry for years when I was younger and the standards we went by to that was night and day.
This is a similar scene at most Wing Stop locations. But this one, just hit rock bottom.
For being one of the most simple business models for a restaurant chain. I would think that whoever is the regional manager or general manager would be able to manage these locations better. I know for damn sure I would.
3 to 4 person kitchen staff, well trained with proper etiquette for better pay, 2 shifts and each person has 2 line duties. It's making chicken wings and tenders, fries and sandwiches. Adding preferred sauce and seasoning, tossing in sauce and packaging it then bagging it. Making it neat and leave all the clowning around for after hours or home.
Better tighten up or Wing Stop will end up like Macaroni Grill.
It was super busy so ima give them that but the manager is unprofessional and was rude to almost all the customers that came in. I am going to be reporting her to corporate because it was ridiculous how she was acting on the phone. Idc if ur pregnant. If you can't do ur job and your the face of the company ur a joke. Got a whole baby to provide for and you going to jeopardize your job. Ma'am u work at wingstop. Least you can do is your job. So basically I had ordered the combo with the corn. I called and spoke with the manager and let them know I did not receive my corn. And I would like to be reimbursed in some way cause I did not want to go back and wait for corn when I had already got home n had all my food out on my table. Instead of giving me an efficient solution she gave me attitude and said we'll did you check your bag. N I said no. Which lead her to make the smart remark of we'll how are we supposed to know you didn't get everything if you didn't check your bag? Uhmm I'm sorry did you not get the order? Did you not cook the corn om that order? Did you not have proper training on how to get an order ready? Andd the worker there just said I think it's all in there. No one said to check the bag. I never asked for a refund. And she continued to go back and forth with me then finally said we can have the ticket here n noted that you didn't get your corn and you can pick it up when you come back. For a store that's busy and being a manager she had no critical thinking skills, lack of empathy on a mistake that was made by her store. As someone who worked in the food industry I know that no one has time for all of that. She could have started with a solution instead of saying it was my problem and fault that they didn't get my order right. I hope the calls are recorded cause that was ridiculous and they should know how she was acting and talking. I would not want her to be representing my franchise. Tenaya or Tinaya. Not sure how to spell it. But this was the worst experience I have ever had at wingstop. N I will report her everyday until corporate does something about it. This isn't the first interaction I've had with her like this. N I was looking forward to the corn. I am not going back cause I bet she would do something to it and I wouldn't know.
Wingstop in Altamonte Springs is located in a shopping plaza off of Stated Road 436 and the I-4 freeway.
In my experience, the service was a bit slow, the interior was pretty messy, and the food was definitely not fresh.
Maybe it was just the day that I visited, but it was my first time eating at Wingstop, and because of my experience, it is unfortunately going to be my last.
Just look at the picture! If I wanted chicken tenders I would have ordered them. The food was terrible! I ordered veggies and I never received them. I paid over $70 dollars for what I could have got at zaxbys for more than half the price. Absolutely horrible experience. Only positive the Uber delivery driver was extremely friendly. Besides that nothing positive to post.
So incredibly slow to get orders out even though they have the most basic menu possible. Even when it isn’t busy it takes forever and a day to get your order. I’m convinced that they work harder at being slow than people typically would to provide good quick service. Too busy joking around with each other to pay attention to actually providing service.
We had to wait 45 minutes for a small 30pcs meal. The survives was also awful the moment the lady who was attending us yelled out our order the guy in the back gave an attitude and a sparky reply, and we weren't the only ones who waited too long for simple orders they should 100% either fire those workers or have them retrained
