First, food was fresh, customer service was amazing. Although, the accuracy of my order is incorrect. I ordered half boneless and half traditional mix n match. I received both traditional. Unfortunately they’re already closed so I can not return to the store today. Amazing location but the accuracy of your order may not be correct due to them rushing.
Terrible place to get any food. Go somewhere else. Don't give your money to greedy CEO's who don't do background checks. This food is the worst. I paid $28 on Doordash for fried batter because they didn't want to batter chicken. Which is literally their job. I'll call in the morning, but honestly not banking on much. Don't waste your time or money on this. It's not worth it, and not good at all.
Lets just start with. I was first in line. Right now theres atleast 12 people waiting on there order. People getting there order before me . They said 15 min. Im now on 45min waiting and my order is no where complete. This is just rediculous. My first and last time i come to this ghetto ass wingstop. Theres kids here taking up space. I understand if you don't got a babysitter and you have to bring your kids to work but don't let them be running everywhere.
I order wings and got this instead ??!??? Are the workers okay in there ???? How would u allow this to be served . I rather u say that we ran out of wings then to be cheated like this ????????????. Then it’s not the right sauce on it , like if u don’t like your job then QUITTT! I hope bad karma comes to whoever made this and thought it was cute !
Food is hot and fresh but they put too much lemon on the lemon pepper wings... damn near locked my jaw up. The corn is tasty and different... but again make sure you tell them to eaze up on the seasoning. But then again sometimes they are too light. personal preference i suppose. The place is always clean when i order and that is alot. Just check your food before leaving because service really depends on who is serving you. The morning staff is usually more thorough.
Food was cold and gross...got boneless wings the flavor was Hawaiian...would not recommend that flavor or this location.
Also part of my sisters order was left out and I couldn't even get someone to answer the phone so we had to come back.
This location does not answer phone anymore. No greeting from any staff members. Feathers on chicken. 2 stars since manager offered to make a new batch, but I couldn’t wait any longer as I had already waited for initial order.
Ordered on ubereats. According to the number on the bag, there was supposed to be 2 bags, but only one was given to my delivery driver. I even talked with my delivery driver and he had even asked the employee if that one bag was it and he was told it was!! I ordered the all in bundle that came with 16 boneless, 6 tenders, large fry, and 3 ranches. And then an order of 4 tenders. I only received the fry and boneless wings which half of them were the wrong flavor. I tried to call down to see if they even had my other bag of food but no one answered the phone, I waited for someone to pick up for 35 minutes.
I have pneumonia and bronchitis so I didn’t/couldn’t drive down to the store if they didn’t confirm.
