food was perfect and ready even though I got there 10 minutes early. I would have waited no problem, as it was a chill vibe with very nice workers. Also I couldn’t add ranch while I ordered on the app so she gave it to me on the house ???? food was bomb, could tell they made it with love. NOT TO MENTION I paid like $7 for 10 boneless wings covered in flavorful sauce and seasoning. Keep slaying Wingstop, and y’all get 1/2 lemon pepper rub 1/2 bbq and thank me later
I wish I could give zero stars. This is the absolute worse wingstop I have ever had. I waited 20mins to go in to retrieve my online order, stood there waiting and once I saw (I guess dashers) come and go to the window that said dine in pickup and get their bags quickly I went to ask about my order. I saw one employee go back to the back shake a basket in the grease and leave out to go smoke. Then there was only one guy left bc the other guy went outside to smoke as well. The guy said he was bagging it only to go back there and asked me my name again and said they never got my ticket and asked if I ordered at the correct store. I had to go all the way back to my car and came back to let them know I indeed ordered at that location only for him to grab my unlabeled bag from the shelf and said oh it wasn't labeled. I immediately said oh no you have to remake that and he insisted it'd just been placed there. I checked the bag quickly as it had been at least 50 minutes since I placed my order. Only to get home and alll 20, 2 different flavored wings are in the same box that leaked all into the bag. Most of the hot honey wings weren't even coated at all and the fries weren't even seasoned and to crispy. I am truly disappointed with the food and service ????????????. Never again. I need a refund. My daughter and I are very displeased.
Tonight I had a craving for fries hoping to enjoy the hot honey wings and fries, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The wings I received were dry and overcooked, lacking the juicy texture you'd expect. It felt as if they were preparing for the end of the day and served me the last remnants.
The fries, which I was particularly looking forward to, were a letdown as well. Instead of the crispy, seasoned delights I anticipated, I was served a pile of small, unseasoned pieces that tasted stale. I’ve enjoyed Wingstop in the past, so this was a surprising and disappointing turn of events.
I’ve been to multiple locations around the world and this was by far the WORST!
I believe in the importance of feedback, so hopefully this location makes some much needed changes. It was so bad that I want my money back! Food cost too much to be served expensive garbage!
It's really bad service. ???? so I walked in to place an order , and no one took the time to greet me or at least say anything. So I waited for 4 minutes and finally someone said . We will be there in a little bit. They took my order and waited 40 min for my food , i paid extra for ranch dressing, and I got home and realized they never put any ranch dressing, not even the ones that are supposed to be included with the order .. ???? ???? ???? ????.. wing-stop..!! Please take the time to train your staff ????
We placed an order online that stated it would be ready at about 7:40. The order was not ready till 8. While standing inside waiting I saw trash on the floors and counters, all tables were dirty and not cleaned after customers got up. The girl at the front counter was having a full on phone conversation via air pods. One of the cooks walked outside (probably to hang out with the people outside and/or smoke), came back inside, did not wash his hands and got back on the line. I saw another touch his hair and did not wash his hands, and another wiped his nose with his shirt and did not wash his hands. No gloves or hairnets in sight. No easily accessible trash can for customers. The trash can is in the kitchen near the pickup area. The woman finishing orders took trash from customers, stuffed it down in the trash can and then resumed touching peoples' orders, again no gloves, no hand washing. Their sanitation score is 96.5 (not great) which is shocking considering how dirty this place was inside and out. This place is a joke. I did not eat the food.
Elicia Sampene was amazing.
She was on the move the entire 25 minute wait for my order to be completed.
She multi-tasked with handling my order, Doordash orders and was even on the grill.
She further impressed me by coming from behind the counter to restock beverage lids after a customer notified her that they were out.
Elicia has definitely made me choose THIS Wingstop over the others in Durham when dining for wings just because of her professional and drive to get things done with a smile.
The food was great however the wait times are ridiculous, I will never order from this place again , I place my order it told to be picked between 16-20 minutes when I arrived i had to wait for more than hour for my order to be ready this is not acceptable , I hope wing stop can do something about this, Never had an issue before until 2 months ago, they had many orders and employees outside smoking instead of helping. Will never order again from this location.
Night staff is terrible. No sense of urgency. No good customer service skills. Have customers waiting extremely long to just take the orders. Workers are rude. Experience is terrible 0/10 recommend. I will drive the extra 10 mins just to go the one on nc 751.
