I’m not sure who’s idea was to have a bunch of “kids” run this establishment but it sure was not a good one. It’s great to give young people a job but the ones at this place have not one bit of customer service skills, and more than skills, I think it’s just common sense, but they don’t have neither. Even when greeted by my teenage son, the person at the register ignored him and asked what was he ordering. We were the only ones and yet the food took forever to be ready.
My food looked like trash! When I sent them a picture they said oh you’re tripping nothing is wrong. So I decided to take them back up there. The manager had a nasty attitude over the phone but when I came back she was no where to be found.
I put an online order last night. 1 -10 piece was missing.
The restaurant called me before I could get a mile away. Awesome job guys. I live about 20 min away would've been extremely inconvenient.

Ordered on Door Dash. Called literally within 60 seconds of ordering to ask them to make it lemon hot which the app doesn't have. Guy said order was already complete and nothing they can do lol. Happened 11/18 at 7:45.
Ordered delivery. Less than half of my ordered was delivered. I called and their exact words were “cook said he put it all in the bag” in order to get a refund I had to drive to the location and give them back the food I received. So my 10 dollar tip to the driver I just had to eat. Left there and went through Wendy’s instead. What a waste of a night.
Been going here because is closest and convenient location. Staff is careless and this person 'evelyn' was super rude. Not sure if they got personal issues but as paying customers we deserve respect, I understand we're humans but that nasty attitude is keeping customers away. The guys are pretty chill and take their time w every client.
This Wingstop on Dairy Ashford has been a go-to spot for some hot and flavorful wings. They are always consistent and provide great deals. I also want to give props to their dedication as they got up and going once power was back on after Beryl came through. Wish all the team the best and will be coming back for some more tasty wings.
Man honestly, I’ve tried to give them a couple chances because they’re the closest to my house. But just about every time we’ve come the food has been dry, fries are dry and old, usually cold, order has been wrong, and wait times are no less than 20 minutes just to get a messed up order and attitude. This location needs better structure and better training.
