Food is terrible! Not only could I get frozen food and pop it in my air fryer and taste better, it took nearly 30mins to get it. The kitchen looks terribly messy and I regret stepping into this location. I've had wingstop in CDA in the past and it was soo good but coming here makes my chances of going back to any one in the future nearly next to none. Food was over seasoned way too much which made the food even taste more horrible. You can't cover bad food with more seasonings and think it'll taste better. Was worth a shot though I guess to know I'll never go back.
Ordered online. Payment was took but order failed after the load randomly. Called store to say order failed but it still pulled from account. Manager replied it’s pending but won’t pull. Looked a few days later and it did pull from my account. Called store. They said they would refund but would take five days. Almost two weeks have passed still haven’t been refunded. Third attempt to get money back I went into store. After a 15 min wait I was told I would not get a refund because they said it failed. I showed them my online banking showing that it was pulled and they smiled/ laughed saying there’s nothing they can do and to have a nice day. Three attempts over two weeks just to have someone smile in your face saying they’re keeping your money after no service and a sarcastic good luck ???? ???? ???? I go to this store very often will never be coming back!!!
Dirty, no ice, greasy floor. I almost slipped on the greasy floor trying to go to the bathroom bc I got soda syrup on my hand trying to get ice from an empty ass ice machine. That is labeled use your hands......that doesnt seem very clean.....
We love this place for family takeout, good food and everybody can find a flavor they like. Unfortunately the service and cleanliness is sorely lacking. The floor is sticky, the tables are dirty, and the atmosphere is noisy. They also struggle with order accuracy and timeliness. It’s unusual for a full order to be correct, and the food when ordered online typically takes an additional 15-20 minutes from the quoted time.
I was just in there about 40 minutes my Man ordered the food for it. I can’t believe the product of the food my boneless wings were way soggy like they weren’t even done My buffalo fry was the worst buffalo fry I’ve ever had at Wingstop. There was no ranch. and hardly any buffalo sauce it was mainly just fries. Worst Wingstop ever to go to Robbie and tables were disgusting. The counter was discussing where you order food. and there was only one person doing the fries, and it was a female dude at the counter was polite at least
This review is not about the food but the cleanliness of the restaurant and the unprofessional staff. Walking into the restaurant you start seeing the lack of cleaning by the greasy handprints all over the front door then when you get to the counter to order the counter wall is dirty and looking around the floor it is FILTHY. You can tell it hasn't been cleaned properly for awhile by the build up of dirt all along the corners and base of the walls..looking up the ceiling and vents are covered in dust.Right by the cash register is a couple tea containers that look like they should be trash. The young staff that was working didn't pay attention that there were customers and were talking about if they were getting smoked out for their birthday they were goofing around and very loud not paying attention.
By cleanliness and staff professionalism I definitely recommend avoiding this place.
My significant other came in a couple days ago and got amazing service by Cheyanne. She was very nice and asked if we wanted add ons which I appreciated. The fries could have been cooked a little longer but overall amazing service and food!
Cheyenne was so helpful. She answered all my questions and had so much patience with my large family and my fussy toddler. We will definitely be back! Best customer service! Thank you Cheyenne! ❤️
