This is my last time ordering from this specific Wingstop. I ordered a 30pc with 3 different flavors and received THIS. What’s sad is that this isn’t their first time doing this. The attention to detail is nothing short of atrocious. I know it wasn’t the drivers fault because the bag was stapled and had my name on the receipt. If anyone is considering ordering from this Wingstop via mobile order, I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend. I honestly wish I could rate it lower than 1 star.
I order from this location religiously. It's usually a treat for my family and we don't get to eat out much. I spent 70 dollars last night to buy wings and fries for my family and extra ranch through DoorDash. My delivery driver texted me after my order had been processed to tell me that they were out of ranch. No ranch at all. No call to ask if that was OK. No attempt to refund me for the almost 6 dollars for a large ranch. Then, on top of that, they didn't include my fries. I had one order of cheese fries and one order of voodoo fries and didn't get them. My wings were also overcooked to the point of being almost burnt. DoorDash's response was to credit me 12.63, which is a joke, so I decided to call the restaurant to see if they would make it right. I was on hold for 30 minutes last night after making multiple calls. Today I tried calling again and as I am typing this I have been on hold for 10 minutes. Never again.
this is my second time ordering food from this location. 15 wings, 1 fries, 2 bleu cheese. both times missing one deeping source.
Placed an order at 8:10 and it’s now 8:50 and I have yet to receive my food. If there was going to be a wait they should’ve let the customers know. It seems like they prioritize door dash or to-go orders before the people that order in store. They young lady came to check our receipt after 15 minutes of us sitting here which led me to believe they forgot to start our order. And the bathroom was disgusting. I asked for an extra ranch and a young girl with long braids walked off talking trash, but her manager made her give them to me. I feel like an extra ranch was not that big of an inconvenience as a pregnant woman having to wait 40 minutes for 15 wings and fries. And then gave us old cold fries y’all should be ashamed. Will never come here again!!
So found a little white curly hairs in our food. I know it didn’t come from my house. All my girls have long brunette hair. Also they made substitutions without asking. They also threw all the wings together. I ordered 3 different types.
Honey hot chicken tenders are as good as it gets. Louisiana rub is very flavorful and I’m very glad I got 2 additional tenders in that flavor. They have the Cola machine with all of the special flavors.
Wings and flavors are always great. Yet this place gets way too busy, it'll take over 40 minutes to get your food. The staff is really overwhelmed, so not their fault for the service. Place is really dirty, soda machine drops ice everywhere and the floor has water everywhere. Again not the staffs fault, they just need more help. Order in advance, so you're not waiting forever.
1st time going to the Wing Stop and my experience was good. The cashier who helped me was very helpful and explanatory especially with it being my first time going there and not knowing what to get or how things work. She even let me taste the sauce on a new flavor wings that they had before I purchase it.
