I understand that certain things like wait time for food is out of the control of the employees hands. Furthermore, I don’t mind waiting for my food as I am hoping it will be delicious. Unfortunately, this was not the case on the evening of 09/21/2024. Waited over 45 minutes when we were told it was a 25 minute wait. Okay, that’s fine. But when we got our food, the lemon pepper wings had almost NO seasoning; if I wanted plain wings I would’ve ordered that. My brother’s order was also incorrect but the cashier was very sweet and fixed it. I’m hoping this was an off day because we frequent this location and it’s never been this bad.
it should not take 30 min after my supposed pick up time, to give me my order. employees just standing around talking while one works. if you order ahead show up extra late to pick your food up. maybe then will they have it ready when you get there. although one employee apologized for the wait he clocked out. i appreciated his apology making me feel like he wouldn’t do this to PAYING customers. avoid this wing stop at all costs. go to the one in front of jcpenney on 375 and zaragoza. maybe they’re better
Was excited to try out this new location. Staff wasn't rude but also not very welcoming. We offered the garlic parm chicken sandwich and wine voodoo fries. Took a long time for our food, which I've come to expect from wingstop... but the fruits were still limp and didn't seem like they were cooked thoroughly. The voodoo fries have very little toppings...it had a good amount of cheese, but the ranch was lacking and the Cajun seasoning was almost nonexistent.
Love the wings from here. I have recently become a fan of boneless wings lemon pepper! Delicious. Hailey is awesome she's professional, attentive, and makes sure the order is right. I will be back. The fries are bomb!!
Staff was very friendly. Food was ok. Wait was a little long - not excessive. If you want beer with your wings, do not go to this location because they do not serve alcohol. Fried Cajun corn was amazing!
Worst food ever!! I love wing stop but this wing stop was just disappointing I placed a order at 8:01 said my order will be ready at 8:30-8:38 picked up right at 8:30 to get home to my food cold called and Maria the person in charge and was not helpful at all all she could say was the order is fresh mind you my food was more then likely sitting there like all the other orders all she can say is call the main manager Griselda if she is in. Horrible service did not offer to even exchange the food for fresh food and the wings that are lemon pepper are not dry they are wet this is the first time there and the last because of poor service. Mind you cashiers have poor customer service just on the phone and don’t even acknowledge you
An employee named Jesus was very helpful today. He informed us of the Wednesday special and saved us some $. Our food was fresh and hot. Great service ☺️
Every time we order take out, we are always missing something… either our fries, or ranch, or our fries don’t have the seasoning we asked for. When I dine in, the drink station is pretty messy and the teas are almost always empty. This is the closest wing stop to us, so we are bummed to always be getting our order wrong/things missing.
